Cohen has really been rather quite about anything that might be case related since he started giving deposition to Bragg. He flat out told one reporter he couldn't talk about it when they tried to get him to. He was an attorney. He know what he can and can't do or say.

Yes, not long ago Cohen publicly decided not to talk about the case and then virtually immediately afterwards began taunting Trump. Cohen is a major sleaze bag, but he was Trump's sleaze bag fixer doing Trump's bidding when he ended up serving time for doing what Trump told him, and paid him, to do.
The thing is, with organized criminal groups, when you get one of the lower level criminals to turn on the mob boss, that lower level criminal is virtually certain to be a scum bag, which is WHY they were part of that criminal group. If Cohen was not the sleaze bag fixer he was, Trump would not have been paying him to fix things for him.

The prosecution doesn’t need cohen to be believed, they need intent. We’ll need more intent if possible. I want cohen to say so much that trump ends up in jail for gag order violating.
I guarantee you he’d rather not be talking about this trial on international news and upping his death threats tenfold, so if he is speaking I feel confident he’s conferred with his legal team beforehand about whether or not it is a good idea LEGALLY to do so, as well as what aspects are appropriate to discuss.
