Panera discontinued their Kitchen Sink Cookies 😢
I know, I can't believe it either.
That's because I made it up 😉
But the good news?
You don't have to get in your car to have your favorite cookie, because you can make them right at home with this copycat-style recipe!
Inspired by the Panera cookie you know and love, these soft & chewy Kitchen Sink Cookies are made in just one bowl and are extremely customizable!
Fun fact: Their name is based on the phrase "everything but the kitchen sink", and that couldn't ring more true. You can add nearly ANYTHING you have in the pantry to this recipe! A few of my favorite mix-ins would have to be:
🥔 Potato chips
✔️ Butterscotch chips
🥜 Peanut butter chips (or chopped Reese's candies!)
🤍 Marshmallows
🌰 Nuts (Walnuts, pecans, peanuts - You name it!)
And plus, you can even make this recipe gluten-free! Just substitute the all-purpose flour for half-almond flour and half of your favorite gluten-free flour.
