    and most important is , why this doctors and hospital is not yet convicted. Still need more evidence . Dear MCI , still have confidence on your works. Don't disguise us

    Hope cases as these are taken up in high priority. So many innocent lives get destroyed by negligent actions

    how the doctors are responsible.this is a case of obstructed labour.in many cases the mother might not survive.

    Very sad. Just a little bit of extra diligence may well have avoided this tragedy. But medical profession is increasingly a money minting machine where those who pay - the hapless patients - are the least cared for. And running after more and more money simply leaves the doctor no time for those at their mercy !

    Very sad to hear these stories. Hope the medical establishment takes cognisance of these things seriously and establish strict protocols to mitigate these kinds of human errors.

      It is almost impossible to fight against the mighty corporates working in health sector. They can manage everything.....

    The system is getting worse and worse. Really we need more human touch in medical system. Majorly the system check the humans as a ATM Machine to their hospitals. Scary about it .

    Really sad,we have also lost our angel before birth due to medical negligence...My heart goes out for Baby Reyansh....May God give strength to the family to fight against medical system because of whom this grave injustice has been done on the Baby 🙏🏻

      AIIMS has clearly remarked the following::
      Given her LMP (last menstrual period) of 25/05/2017, the EDD (estimated due date) should be 04/03/2018. Further with the Ultrasound Scans (USG) done on (30/10/2017) & 25/01/2018), her calculated EDD of 01/02/2018 is incorrect .

    Why can’t u change doctor if the date is wrong

    Same thing happened in my Sons also my son born on April 16th 2023.Due to the doctors waiting for Normal Delivery to be happen. And my wiffe suffers almost a day with labor pains. At lost baby lost his hear rate and movements. Then Doctors done C section. After three days of my son born he diagnosed with HIE a condion where brain loses oxygen for and blood Supply. Due to this his left side of the brain completly Damaged. We dont know whom to approcach how to fight with this big system. This happening so many govt hospitals. Wherr a poor man thinks that his faith this happened.

    MCI & Govt should take action against this.Shalby hospital Ahamdabaad Dr Vikram Sah & Dr Vipin Singh ruined my life by doing knees replacement without need by telling that he will make my knees like 24 yrs young man 😡

      I am a Retired Veterinary surgeon from Bihar.I had little right knee pain since 20 days which was lessening day by day.I was in depression.Dr Vikram Sah & Vipin Singh trapped me by telling that he will make my knees like 24 yrs young man and ruined my life by doing knees replacement of both knees.When pain increased after knees replacement I went to AIIMS Delhi Orthopaedic surgeon Dr C S yadav, orthopaedic surgeon Vellore,all said by Viewing my knees X rays before tkr that Vikram Sah did my knees replacement without need for money 😡
