@TC2TV I need your help I need 6 more inches to dunk I consistently jump 33 inches show I can touch rim consistently but the highest I have ever jumped is 36 inches I haven't been able to jump that after that one time and I do basketball practice Monday Wednesday and friday and my knees are sore the day after and I mostly do plyometrics and abit of weights not to much because I don't have money to go to the gym the weight I workout with is a 6kg big water bottle any ideas to increase my vert please
