Thank you for commenting! Well, first of all Istanbul Airport is huge, so be prepared and make sure you have extra time if it is a transit flight. When I reached the inmigration area and passport control, there was a huge queue line. For me it was requested only the passport, since my issuing country does not require a visit visa to go to Turkey, but you can check for your case in specific. And by the way, the staff over there are not so friendly and sometimes they can be rude. It's hard to find someone who can speak some basic English. Well, I hope I could help you in any way! :)

It was very smooth actually, just some minor turbulence, nothing unusual.
