Truly you are a such good instructor & made it so easy for me. I have been struggling with the loom bloom for a while & never got it right. Today I did. Yay! Thank you so much.
Thanks for an easy to understand tutorial. I’ve also seen loopy flower ‘Loom Blooms’ with a button in the center. But for my current project, I really like the idea of making a center of contrasting yarn like yours much better. I plan to make a little flower to sew onto a brim of a funky, colorful loom-knitted hat I made. 😀
Pretty flowers! Just brought the loom today and went a long with the video, you're a great teacher very clear instructions thank you vey much!! Oh yes made a few of them! Thank you for sharing!!! x
Thank you for this tutorial. I have just begun learning how to use a round loom (my aunt got me a set yesterday) and this is very well explained and easy for beginners to understand. Thank you again. :D
Okay, so unbeknownst to me, my 8-year-old son made the last 3 comments...hahaha! He made a real nice flower while being taught on your video - It looks great on the hat that he loomed!
I think your tutorial is Great , thank you for showing step by step made 8 of them in less than an hour so easy and they came out perfect :-) Thank you !!
thank you for teaching me this you made it so easier than I thought it would be the only thing I know how to make is hats but now I know how to make flowers bc of you so thank you again
Wow that is a very nice way to make a flower .thank you for posting .I have been trying to make one for a long time .I have all kinds of looms .Some one showed me how to get to you
These flowers are lovely. I do have a flower loom and I’d love to make some with my grandchildren. Does anybody have any suggestions as to what I could use them for?
hi there I just wanted to ask what can I do with the flowers once I'm done with them because I have no idea what I could do with these flowers, thank you.
Hi thank you for this video. Your loom must be a Boye brand. I use the Kniffty Knitter brand. It doesn't have the groove around the top part of each peg. And I like it better that way :) Can't wait to make Springtime flowers. Just bought lots of spring color yarns. Thanks again. Byeee
I love your instructions on this project. My only problem is "staying within the camera view with the loom" Thank you for helping me to make an awesome flower for my granddaughters hat!.
Can you use the tails from the center part to attach the flower to a knitted baby hat or headband? I make them for my sister's work because she works with first time moms and every little bit helps but I saw this and thought that it might make them a little more festive for spring.
Thank you very helpful!! and very great instructions. But what is the difference between an embroidery, tapestry, and yarn needle. I haven't found a very good answer. Thanks
You are awesome. I'm learning how to knitting with round loom. May I ask you a question please. May I please make a red roses 🌹 on the round loom? I'm going to make the red roses for my new boyfriend.
It's called a knitting hook, and you place it in the grooves facing the pegs, not away from them, not on the back side of the pegs then rolling the hook toward the front and pulling the yarn up over the pegs sideways. You can damage the pegs doing that and ruin the yarn you are working with if you snag it and it tears the yarn. It was tight because 1. you were using the hook wrong, and two you were lifting three rows of yarn at once instead of lifting one row at a time.
I have a question I recently wanted to buy one of these flower looms and I wanted to know if I can make scarves on these. if anybody knows the answer please reply and tell me! thankyou
Yes, I own a flower loom, and have made several scarves on mine. I like it for scarves, actually, because its small size is easily portable, so I can work on a scarf on my lunch break then stuff it in my purse when I'm done. Don't expect a wide scarf, obviously, but I find that it makes an ideal width scarf.
Tracy Do Great question! Some looms have the peg, some have a little slot that you can stick the yarn in, and some have nothing. In that case just hold it the best you can with your thumb in the area where the peg would be.
I could never a proper flower with this loom. No matter how many times I read the instructions, it always came out lopsided. So I just gave up and now use the small loom to make hair bun covers. I'm going to follow this and see if I can finally make a flower.
I found your video the easiest to follow. Thank you for breaking everything down so I could figure this out without getting frustrated!!!!
Truly you are a such good instructor & made it so easy for me. I have been struggling with the loom bloom for a while & never got it right.

I call it a Loom pick, and some people have it facing away, it's all about how they were taught and whats easiest for them.

Jennifer Brunner yes it will just be wider.
Beautiful

Very veautifull flower

Beautiful thanks
I have a larger loom, can I still do this flower?
probaly mine the smallest is 24 pegs and the bigger your loom is I am guessing the bigger the flower
you can make it w/ a 12 peg loom too.
How much yarn is needed?
I don't have an anchor peg on mine. Do I just put it through the middle?
Tracy Do Great question! Some looms have the peg, some have a little slot that you can stick the yarn in, and some have nothing. In that case just hold it the best you can with your thumb in the area where the peg would be.
