In hot climates like here in Oz, this is of interest! When the temps are heading past 40’s for months in end and never ending sun on the horizon a snow foam shampoo that doesn’t leave residue and take a while to dry is paramount…. Most of the year here we don’t have European style road grime to deal with, just sand and dust really really.

Off to the Soft99 store to spend more money. I’ve been loving the Fussocoat and went with it as my first wax since the creams and sprays I started out using. Gonna have to give this one a go, it’s like meditation applying a wax like this

Soft99 should do free postage on lower priced orders as it'd definitely get more people to try their products. Bit like Turtlewax are doing - they may not be as big a company, but I bet if they chucked a couple of quid on the price of their wax, more people would buy it... psychologically £21.99 + £3.95 p&p isn't as attractive as £25.99 with free delivery.

Soft 99 makes some pretty decent honest products, I think. Although I've moved away from traditional pressure washer cleaning and I now use rinseless washing 90% of the time now. Armour detail supplies 'Hero' and Labocosmetica 'Idrosave' are systems I'm using 90% of the time. I rinseless wash systems are where its at ATM. Labocosmetica are even bringing out rinseless wash related products specifically made for using rinseless wash after/ during the rinseless wash process - Labocosmetica 'Preludio' Acid and 'Preludio' Alkaline. Both coming to Clean and Shiny very soon. I've hardly touched my pressure washer in the last 6 weeks.! Not sure if soft 99 do a decent rinseless wash system? Jon, you should consider this as its new technology and we all need to tweek our habits and muscle memory to try a completely new method of car cleaning. I don't think I can look back to a pressure washer and bucket wash. 💥

Hi sir. I use Soft99 King Of Gloss Wax to my car. Can I use Soft99 Luxury Gloss Liquid after that? or is there another suitable product to maintain it?

Surly that applicator is putting swirls in the paint work? although the gloss effect is great I'm skeptical of putting swirls in the paint would love some feedback

They would never give an applicator that swirls would they? I had never an issue with fusso coat applicator that came with it.

Applicator doesn’t implement swirls and scratches. Long as you don’t drop it! Lol. The paint is already clean and decontaminated at the time of application and the wax is free from contamination so I don’t understand why you think Soft 99 would give you a pad that will scratch and mar paintwork. Just use your own if in doubt. The wax is the stuff you really want.

Once a year I do a full clay down and apply fussowax, after that about once a week I do a good wash then finish with turtle wax hybrid solutions Ceramic wash & wax.
To be honest, I think that the fusso has completely worn away in a couple of months, leaving only my weekly wash with Maguires gold class shampoo and then the hybrid solutions ceramic wash wax as it’s only protection.
But!…… over time, week by week, I’m starting to feel as though the continued regular wash then application of the ceramic wash/wax through a foam lance, is better than the single application of fusso.
Not just slightly better, but miles better.
Where’s my proof?…… well, admittedly I don’t have much but I do have the experience of regular road trips from Yorkshire to south wales, journey of approx 280 miles
When I leave my car is always sparkling!, and when I arrive there, the first thing I do is go and get the car cleaned.
If it’s just had a fresh application of fusso before I left then it’s quite difficult to get fully clean using only a petrol station jetwash and my own sponge.
But if it’s been a good few months since the last fusso application, and since then only had hybrid solutions ceramic wash/wax applied, then after almost 300 miles it’s much easier to clean than it was straight after the fusso.
Conclusion - the cheap £11 hybrid solution (foam on, rinse off) once a week, builds up a better protection than spending a full day applying fusso wax!
Note.. the ceramic wash/wax is meant to be an actual wash shampoo, used in a bucket. But used that way I’ve found it to be Crap.
But through a foam lance it’s brilliant! 🎉 right at the end, after you’ve washed and cleaned, just give it a coating, rinse off and dry. Loads of beading and a nice long lasting shine.

if I had to choose in terms of protection and gloss what to choose between fusso coat 12m or rupes advanced ?

Rupes asv is abrasive so will refinie and improve gloss with machine application. Fusoo is a pure protection product and will last longer

How does this shampoo compare to their Creamy Shampoo? I just ordered some of their Creamy Shampoo from their site a couple of days ago, but I didn't see this new shampoo on their site (I'm in the U.S., and we don't get the range of products that you seem to get in Europe).

Kiwami is one of my all time faves. It's way more durable than advertised and i find it looks but better than Fusso. This and Water Block are hidden gems. Another note for light & dark is on our cars that we like to look after then dark is the one. Light is more like an all in one. It does clean rather well. Particularly dull whites and silvers. Cool video Jon 😎

I’d say Mirror Shine is kind of a hidden gem in the sense that there’s no cure time. Just apply and buff off. That’s hard to beat.
