I just discovered your channel and maaaaaaay have binge watched like 20 of your video! I love how each video is short and related to one topic that you don't hear many people talk about. I'm going on my first cruise ever in 2 weeks after a week in the parks and can not wait! Thanks for all of the helpful tips!
What I find so interesting is how DCL is now their changing EACH ships itineraries. For example, the dream is actually doing a 7-Night Eastern Caribbean in 2020! And a 5 night Western Caribbean the FOLLOWING week! And the fantasy does a bunch of 3 night cruises in October! We booked our first EVER Disney Cruise on the Magic in January 2020! So excited!
Yes!!! I am assuming they are testing things out for when they introduce the new ships! I love that you can go diff places now and it’s not all same old same old
Thank you for this video-we just took our first cruise in Feb 2020 on the Fantasy. We are planning to go again in 2022, but we aren’t sure which ship-the 3-4 night just seems so short lol. We loved having the 7 days on the Fantasy and the 4 port days because then the ship wasn’t that busy. Thank you for sharing info-it is definitely helpful when trying to plan! ❤️
With your theory on how the service is better on the dream even the fantasy, I see that. I’ve been on the fantasy twice and the first time I could tell my servers were getting bored or not as bubbly in the beginning, but then just recently I went last week on the Disney fantasy again and my servers were amazing, staff was amazing, so I think it just depends honestly
Yes! I have had servers on the Dream that were not as good as others, and I think that staff is the best. I still have never had service that was soooooo great that I cared to remember or request them again like some people. Maybe one of these days :) Thanks for watching!!
Yes! Itinerary wise the Fantasy is better. Unless you just want to take more shorter cruises than fewer longer cruises. I find now that we just stay on the ship in Nassau. The ship is our vacation :)
@@DisneyCruisers, after hitting Nassau 3 times I would be fine with never going there again. That could very well be why the Dream is my least favorite ship.
Hi Ashley!!!! I’m new to your channel. I’ve been watching for about a month now. Thank you for all your advice, tips and suggestions about Disney cruise. I can’t to go on my next cruise in November on the Fantasy for the Merrytime cruise. I’ve only gone on the Dream, so this vlog has helpful observations for both ships. It will be fun to compare and contrast both ships when I disembark from my cruise. Thank you for all your videos. Continue to give us fun facts about Disney cruising. Have a magical day!!!!
Disney Cruisers, I will definitely do that. Plus, I’ll comment on the Merrytime cruise too. I can’t wait to go. Less than 40 days left till I Sail Away!!
Magic and Wonder are both better...#1 reason - fewer people. In addition to that, relocation cruises. That means 10+ day cruises across the Atlantic or through the Panama Canal...with the added bonus of the Hawaii cruise on the Wonder. Always try to do west-bound for 25-hour days. Dream and Fantasy are ok as filler cruises while waiting for the real cruises.
I agree, the Dream crew are a lot better with customer service, including the managers. The Disney Dream crew were very proactive about helping us with suggestions, about cleanliness, and friendliness. We have made a lot of friends with crew members from the Dream.
Love it! make sure that it is noted in your reservation that you are on your Honeymoon. We honeymooned in WDW.. I would totally do a cruise instead now that my eyes have been opened to the wonderfullness that is DCL.

Thank you so much! You made me blush :)

I find the problem with the Dream is that it only goes to Nassau and Castaway. That gets boring cruise after cruise.

Merrytime cruises are magical!! Make sure you come back and tell us what you thought about the two ships :)

I can not wait to go on the Disney Dream for my first Disney Cruise. March 2019 can not come fast enough.
Oh

Yes, if I were basing it on itineraries my preference order would be way different :)

Love everything about that ship😃
My wife and I are doing our honeymoon on the fantasy so I have no preference yet.

Aren't they redoing Aladdin? I'm going on the Fantasy July 2020!
They are! I think they are trying to make it more like the live action movie that comes out next week.
Omg 😮 totally agree! The Dream service was sooooo much better than the Fantasy!
Great video. Can you do a video on the best restaurants for kids in the rotational dining? My kids enjoyed Animators Over the Royal Palace.
adding it to my idea list :)
From a 12 year old like me Royal Palace had better food than animators pallette in my opinion.
Hi. Can you talk about the disney vacation club in the wonder?
We do prefer the Wonder & Magic over the Dream & Fantasy
Yay, I love your videos
Awww thanks!!
Fantasy > Dream 100% just because of the itineraries and different crowd
Yes and yes.. those are two very big pluses!
I really cant tell Alaska on Wonder or Europe on Magic I like both i just cant decide
Oh my goodness those are both heavenly! I would go on both over and over if I could afford it!
@@DisneyCruisers i could afford but not in only one year im pretty sure we re going on alaskan cruise❤
Thank you for all yourinfo, we are going n the 1th
You are welcome. Thank you for watching!
What is your favourite ship
It’s a secret .... it is the Dream 😉
It’s a secret ... it’s the Dream 😉
Smooth "District" dub over. 😉 #DisneyCruisersBinge

Yes... I would gladly sail on either 👍🏻👍🏻😍😍
:D
You should do a video with your husband to see what he likes to!
Interesting idea... :) I will have to run it by him!
No the dream crashed into the port the stern hit it
Delta MD88 gaming 2019 it scrapped a pier.
