I love your videos man but damn i hate that stupid roof top view angle the chase camera in this game is bad it reduce the sense of speed when 200 Kph feels like 60 Kph the chase camera should be right behind the car not on the roof top it should be parallel to the ground not watching the car always getting upward that what reduce the sense of speed + i hope all cars sound realistic how it should be cuz this game is so so beautiful but they want it to be a fake cars kids game not a realistic mature badass game damn when you see a mature presentation of the game you know it's going to be BADASS Driveclub is one of a kind damn that game should be on PC.

Back in 2012 , i lived in UK and there was a little local mw 2012 keys to the city competition going on spread across a few different malls. The person to set the best time on mw 2012 keys to the city track will win an ipad. I was dead set to win it and had like, 3 days left to do so. At the very end of the competition i managed to get like, 49:20 or something in the low 49 second mark and beat the previous guy in the first place who had like 50.1 sec. I used "ISAD" video to learn how to set the best time possible with the Porsche and i think at the time his time was the fastest on youtube so i was very familiar with his 48:96 time. Anyhow, i leave the mall thinking i had it in the bag ( the other malls weren't even close to mine and the 2nd place guys time ). couple weeks later i am informed that my time was beaten by somebody else in a different mall. Feeling like it was bullshit, i demanded proof and guess what, they sent me the screenshot of "ISAD" Keys to the city run where he gets 48:96 sec time, lol. I then told them that the picture was bullshit and that it was from a youtube video and i ended up getting the ipad at the end.
Rubberband AI. It's been in every Forza game. Horizon 3 is when it started getting shitty. If you dont get ahead early in the race you're totally fucked 8 ways to sunday. you will never catch up again.

@@IsuckAtDriving Yes, if you stay in the lead it's calm, but if you are flip flopping a lot or you are not in the lead early, it will absolutely destroy you.

Why do I have the horizon races bugged? I dont have the trees cut off, i dont have the barricades on the side of the "Track" I dont have jumps where they are supposed to be in races or airport. For me the race looks like checkpoints on normal map without anny "track" that i am supposed to go through. I dont know how to explain better.
Not hating but can you please show the difficulty settings and the game slow settings before racing? Or is there a way to tell about those while in race?
Mmmm, I was on the fence - but I think this video makes we want to get it. (I hate racing games that gives you free stuff just for participating or drive in a straight line)

I feel like the Forza Edition cars in this game are more like "here's a sample of the wacky builds you can make in this game. Have fun with this and then go make your own. Cheers!" I mean, first car I built was an AWD 7-speed LS-Swapped Ford Crown Vic that dominates A800 cross country, and is hilariously fun to drive, and I even built the Lamborghini Centenario into an S1 900 rally car, complete with a short gear ratio 6-speed.
I gotta say. As someone who chases the top ranks of the S1 leaderboard on The Titan, and the countless restarts and stress that comes with it, it is very relaxing and almost therapeutic watching this somewhat leisurely race across the map. :)
I race in simulation damage and those damn jumps kill my motor performance by the end. Any tip? I’m gonna try stiffening suspension and tire pressure, it just seems that the jumps cause damage no matter what

Those cross country races are so unrealistic that it hurts. You can't drive 200 mph on dirt, or jump those kinds of jumps with porsche or any car. I would prefer some serious mud where you get stuck if you accelerate too much.
i used the T100 baja with the v10 maxed out A class with the 8 speed and well its unstoppable lol takes the jumps well and dose 230 on the motorway 200 on dirt 😁😁

So the leading AI car won't let you past until after 95% of the race is done, then it will lose speed all of a sudden.
Rubberband AI. It's been in every Forza game. Horizon 3 is when it started getting shitty. If you dont get ahead early in the race you're totally fucked 8 ways to sunday. you will never catch up again.

the AI seems more like an element of the scenario to grab the player's attention and encourage him than actually a competitor running the race itself

You cannot play simulation damage in this game. All the jumps will slowly damage your car regardless of tuning.

this game is dumb.. the road surface is exactly the same going from tarmac to farm fields.
