This is true. I've noticed bringing the lord up around some people makes them angry and distant. So sad.
I had to let a few friends go. The deeper I grew in the Lord the more I realized some of the friends I had was qualified to go to where God was taking me. I always say, in order to grow we have to let some people go. Some people can hinder what the Lord is try to do in us or how he’s trying to use us. I know it’s hard because it can be relatives, but the Lord doesn’t care if it a relative or not. He wants us to come from amongst them. Also some people carry certain spirits that when you get around them, you find yourself acting in a different manner. I definitely see positive changes after letting some of those friends go. I don’t feel as drained 🙏🏽❤️
My friend Kristin. She's married to a very abusive husband ( police called out many times the whole 9 yards ) they've been married 20 years, they have a daughter, and Kristin is absolutely beautiful. The family is lost, and I'm praying for them and every time I speak to her I can feel the sexual tension bubbling. I think it's time to let her go as a friend. Pray for me, to do so and pray for her and her family.
Amen, it sounds like she needs help but you're not the one who can provide it. Pray but move on

I had a friend like that, she was so toxic for me and our friendship lasted for many years. She is in my life still but we are not as close as we were before.

100% I find it even more so, because you can't get rid of family easily but you can unfriend someone and avoid.

It seems very spiritual to have the power to discern other people. But your own worst enemy is the sin and the carnality that is within you.
David's family was negatively effected by his choices and his sin. He brought pain upon himself and his family, not his enemies. It was a result of his own sin.

What if its a family member that you cant stay away from like a parent or child? How do you face these attacks? I cant just stay away from them
I think I'm just going to focus on becoming the partner I want. I want Christian women to look at the fruit of my hard work and say I can trust that man to lead. He has a plan I don't understand but I trust him. I'm not going to accept the world's version of relationships. I don't care if its that hot Mexican woman V from college or some random Indian chic. If a beautiful woman reciprocates my true love 💕 then I'll except that love. The whole transactional stuff mgtow and feminism pushes makes me wanna throw up. 😂
Just watched this on RUclips for the first time today and also thinking about a girl or woman that I like. It's the trust issues and my friends, family, and my parents that who I think are being used by Satan, worrying about me and keeping my finances and making sure that I'm not sending money or gift cards to these so-called women online looking for love, keeping me apart, keeping me way from my girlfriend and future wife, Diana. Diana Bennet. They love & care about me, but they don't know that I'm an adult and not a child, I won't be talked to or spoken like one. For God's sake, I'm almost 40 years old. I can be responsible for my actions and my finances, good or bad. They shouldn't worry about it me, I'll be fine. What they should be worried about is getting older and closer to their own grave. As cliche as it sounds, pray and seek God’s directions.
I was in a very mentally abusive marriage. One day I called on God and sincerely heartbroken that my marriage was not glorifying Him and I want to live my life to glorify Him.
A couple of months later, we separated. My ex-husband took it as a divorce and moved on officially with another woman and her child. Within the year we were divorce.
Now I glorify God with all my life. My sons know God genuinely. Yes we still struggle with having a relationship but it’s now at a distance and we can better cope with his attacks.
God will answer your prayers in one way or another.
