- In this video I step through the process of correcting crosshair alignment in Creative Space as well as showing that fixing the crosshair alignment in XCS also corrects it in LaserBox software.

This is something that I never thought to check on. I always just figured on a 2mm offset. I followed your video, went into XCS, changed the setting from -2 to 0 and it is spot on the money! Thank you for making this informative video!!
I am so glad to hear that this helped you with aligning your machine. Thank you for the feedback.
Thank you, just adjusted my D1 Pro, I had issues aligning stuff, always seemed off. Checked and I was around 2mm off on both axis. THanks again :D
You are welcome. Glad this helped you.
thanks bud i'm going to make the adjustment. Mine is off by 2mm also.
Very helpful, thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
I can not get my crosshair light to turn on. I have a xtool D1 Pro 20W and I a using light burn. Can anyone help me with this?
My D1 pro cross hair is about 8.5mm off on X and about 2mm off of Y. Sadly the max offset you can set X to is 5mm or -5mm. So looks like im just stuck with the poorly made Laser head I have for now until I can afford another one or just an entirely different laser. Thanks for the info!
Dang, I was unaware there was a max offset. thanks
Did you reach out to Xtool? They helped me a lot
Hello Mister Mahan
Great video but i have another problem, i have a feeling my xtool D1 pro is broken because one of the lines appears to be somewhat out of line as in, it bends up a tad bit, do you have any tips for this issue?
Hey there,
Have you tried to aim the crosshairs without the orange shield in place? maybe the shield is skewing the light and making it appear bent.
If not that, I would check if the lens that projects the cross hairs is cleaned with alcohol and dried, and then recheck
I shall do this when i get home from work, Thank you for this advice! :)
Just checked my laser for this. Fixing it in creative space did not fix it in lightburn. You can set the offset under device settings in lightburn. Adjusting it by the same amount fixed it there.
With that said, this fixed the off-set, but not the actual alignment. My crosshairs are not square, which is also annoying.
Thank you for your feedback, Good to know
It is possible that the cross hair projector in the laser module it turned. I am not sure if you can adjust that without damaging anything.
