I think the actual key ises shpuld be covered more. For example, what exactly can a CO2 do that a diode can't? simply saying it has more power does not explain enough. Can I cut steel with . CO2? or a diode? or copper sheet? how thick for a given power? etx.

The Xtool S1 would be perfect for this, however has no build in camera. At the same time there is the Roly MK2, which is nearly the same, but does has build in camera, however no auto focus ;). Which of those options do you think I need the most?
Wouldnt Laser Engraving spray paint help to engrave on acrylic with a Diode? My 40W S1 engraves on glass very well and wondered if it could also do acrylic.
The paint is great on glass and helps achieve some engraving. So glad you're using that. I haven't tried it on acrylic. But engraving acrylic isn't as big an issue as cutting, you can engrave on most colors with some type of masking.
Yes, you just have to paint it first either using tempera paint or a black laser marking spray. This helps the laser not shine right through the glass.

A CO2 laser is the best option to cut all types of acrylic. Typically stickers are cut with a blade once they are printed, not a laser.
