I just wish more thought would be put into the rarities of the chosen cards. Either bump rarities up or bump them down. Don't print them at the same rarity. That's just stupid. Would also be nice if they focused more on making the right commons higher rarity. I personally like to make all my decks as shiny as possible, excluding extremely expensive versions. But when they go and print the commons as common again, that's just frustrating.
They literally cut a lot of archetypes to reprint things that doesn't belong in the mega tin product. I'm still frustrated that they only put Lightvrum and Pendulum Evolution and call off the day! We didn't get the other Supreme King cards from AGOV, for example. They had everything to make a great product and just ruined it. I was hoping to get a super rare/ultra rare Soul of the Supreme Celestial and a prismatic (or even a QCR) Odd-Eyes Arcray, but now I'm just irritated about it...
So many cards maintained as secret that could have gone ultra and given more room for players to find them and make them happy to be able to play the game with accessible cards
So the first line secrets there are two tokens. As you you said, so. There are 8 Alternative Arts not 10. 2nd Row Granguignol also just got a secret in the last set Battles. There are a lot of cards maintaining their rarity 🤷🏽♂️ There are several cards that didn’t need, had no need being in here! Very few, good picks” In here. Hard pass on sealed. Singles and not a lot of cards interested In. 🙅🏽♂️
If junk warrior is the alt art, i think it makes sense cause it was only qcsr before, but why reprint it when it just came out in January and wasn't really that expensive
Lot of pack filler in these tins that were already commons. Those didn't need to be in the set at all. Realm Euology? Commander Commanded To Croon? UFO Turtle? Origami Princess? Wtf lol Like those slots could have gone to super rare versions for SP, Horus engine, Thrust, Dis Pater etc. Got some cool affordable reprints here that i will pick up though. As Singles. Also that Card Limits guy in this thread is an asshole. Lol
Not going to lie your math is really bad you get 3 secrets per tin and 3 quarter century per tin.and with a pool of 50 and 100 it would take about 3 to 4 cases to get a playset of every qcsr and about 5 cases to get a playset of the secrets so the price range would be about 800 too 1000 dollars. The only pro i will say the tins have alot more favorable pulls than core sets looking at the set list and also alot of these reprints are getting future supoort so alot of cards will go up after release
@WhyPhoenix yeah the maths on the fly wasn't ideal I did it at 1 per tin and didn't x that by 3. Either way that's still 2 cases (£300/$400) to get 1 of every QC if the pull rates are balanced) And then approx double that to get 1 of every secret. Where as if you buy singles you can get 1 of each QC for $100-150ish and you can also get 1 of every secret or tailor it to get playsets of the ones you want for approx the same depending on how many you want. The point of the video is to say the card pool and rarity choices don't benefit the buyers to purchase sealed product, it actually promotes single purchases, where as simply keeping the card pool like last year of 280 and making some not all of the origonal secrets and chase cards lower rarity or not be there, prime example the ice jade cards taking 2 slots when they both get secret prints in Battles of legend
Wouldnt it actually be worse than that because the probability to get an unique card would go down to nearly 0. So youll need around 13 cases to get each unique card?
@Dkwk-g2m depends what you mean by unique card. Technically if you buy 3 cases. 36 tins = 108 packs You get 108 QC which are 1/50 You'd get 108 secrets 1/100 324 ultras 3/150 864 Commons which is 8/100 The /× is per pack not tin btw. So technically 3 cases should get you a full master set (woth no duplicates)

@@zephyrwargamesyugioh Totally agree with you, some of the choices are stupid those 3 new tcg exclusives could have been a promo alongside the product 1 per tin or something a lot of reprints were not needed in there and could be classed as bloat just like core and side sets, I pre-ordered a case before the leaks and agree buy singles or cores, seems like i waste my money now.
@BalosWarlock right there with you, useally the tins are an amazing product arguable the best staple proflduct of the year for all players, this year just seems a bit to much and once their most desirable produced on a balanced basis is now imo their worst
@Cardlimits another video? Means you watched others you didn't like and still came back? it's actually being realistic and expressing the community's dissapointment. Find me one person who is happy that the set has been increased by 120 more cards making the pool diluted, and then on top of that all the chase cards, not just some are all high rarity and low pull rates, seems like a justified position no?????
@Cardlimits find me them, find me people that think realistically, that aren't sponsored by konami. That actually think in creasing a set by 120 cards, keeping all chase cards high rarity and making them harder to pull is a "good thing" There is no high horse, that refers to someone thinking they are better than others, which I don't. Plus your the only comment going against it, everyone else agrees that the product is dissapointing. I get it maybe your looking to get sponsorship from Konami and sell out, that's fine, but I'm going to say how it is and say how I feel about the product. I'll give credit where it's due and product is good but I'll also tell the truth when it's not. Simple
@Cardlimits never has I said I'm the only person in the world, people may well choose to buy a case that's their choice, I almost gurentee tho that more people have decided not to buy a case and go for singles or less now they know the set specifics. To provide support to my position that the set is dissapointing, can you find any reason as to how the set being increased by 120 cards, and cards being harder to pull benefits the buyer at all?
I was going to buy this but after watching people open them i think im good. I'll just by the singles. I can't afford to throw money at a chance of pulling something.

Well said. I’m really disappointed about this product.
Low chances to pool what you want, rarities all over the place, garbage common pool…

I think junk warrior could be a cool hint that qcsr only cards can be in tins as secret, maybe magia will be in next year's tin?
@miguelangelromerorodriguez490 ohhh I see cause it was in maze, so its probs the alt art,

Vs Jailong was in ag9v so it should be in the tin
Cash or trash. What a cool title
