- In her much-anticipated foray into the horror-thriller genre, Golden Globe and Emmy-nominee Taylor Schilling stars in "The Prodigy" as Sarah, a mother whose young son Miles' disturbing behavior signals that an evil, possibly supernatural force has overtaken him. Fearing for her family's safety, Sarah must choose between her maternal instinct to love and protect Miles and a desperate need to investigate what -- or who -- is causing his dark turn. She is forced to look for answers in the past, taking the audience on a wild ride; one where the line between perception and reality becomes frighteningly blurry.

Just watched all oitnb seasons 1-6 within two weeks + watched nearly all oitnb cast interviews I think I've fallen in love with Taylor Schilling 😍

It got a little predictable near the end, but this is 100% my favorite horror movie since It. Also that scene with the therapist where he said that horrible stuff, was so shocking to see a little kid say that.

I forgot Taylor was a Fordham grad; I'm an alumnus too (though not of the theater program). Patricia Clarkson and Denzel Washington are two other actors who started there as well. Not bad company.

I liked the movie i felt it good have hve some more cliche stuff in it give it more pace it was kinda slow not sh*ting on the movie i love the idea of the movie good vs evil where the evil is the winner like in wrong turn series the hillbillies are the stars..cliche writing adding to it would be like showing how he got in the boy and how she met the girl or scenes of them from the past...making the boy more scarier that she tries surviving from what the boy would do to her if she wanted to kill him
