I don’t understand why she hasn’t gained global stardom already just for her voice alone. I just watched her interview with voice coach Tera Simon, where Faouzia talked about her development. Regards vibrato, it was natural to her from childhood. As she perfected it, she then had to learn to dial it back so it could be used more effectively. Always aware, ever ready to improve. She is stunning.

damn. incredible singer. the range of skills she possesses are rare. no cuz it's as if she plays her voice like an instrument?! her voice is so clear, rich, deep, vast, unapologetic, self-assured, present, purposeful, and powerful. like her soul is straight up singing without any filter. this is unique talent. she can be an opera singer because it's honestly at the root of her voice, so she can bend any song the way she wills it and sing it how she wants, bringing whatever tone to it. love the lyrics & dark depth of emotion that this live version has. definitely like this one more than the original! moroccan queen. what's crazy is that she's singing about how beethoven actually was and the way he loved his student that he fell in love with. pretty sure he composed this song after she passed away, as he was full of regret and longed for her intensely. it's like the perspective of "elise" we didn't get but how we imagined it to be, or at least that's how i imagined it to be and she described it very well. lol beethoven turning in his grave 😂 idk if she meant to, but it's brilliant because it can be applied to any similar dynamic and she knows it.

I use to love Fouzia's music but when fame came she was gone.
Yes, she has a beautiful voice and very talented. BUT,
She's no longer the old Fouzia. She changed herself. These lyrics are deeper than it sounds.

I didn't expect that anyone would have the courage to reinterpret Beethoven's 'Für Elise'! Faouzia was absolutely perfect in this creation; her voice became an additional instrument, and we didn’t hear even a breath. Perfect lyrics, perfect performance, perfect melody, perfect voice. By applying complex Arabic singing techniques and blending them with pop music over Beethoven's iconic symphonic piece, she made each musical phrase unexpected and turned the entire mix into a masterpiece. Thank you for this marvelous experience.
