- In this video we will show you the process of one of our most recent projects from start to finish.
We are featuring “The Ultimate 30’” in Sapphire Blue by Leisure Pools.
This fiberglass pool features a large open area for swimming, a built in spill-over spa, swim out benches, and a large splash deck. This pool is perfect for pool owners who want a little bit of everything!
The pavers featured in this video are Unilock’s Beacon Hill XL in steel mountain color. These pavers provide a modern look while allowing for the pool’s color to really pop.

Looks good and thanks for not getting mad at the help for livening up the video by spraying you a little. He showed you guys are real not stuck up. Watching all your videos now to decide for myself which i like, looking the 35 though.
Thanks 👍
how long did it take from start to finish ? btw great vid!
I Need to sell my kidney, liver and heart for this pool LOL :D
I love your work. I know what pavers you used for the patio but what are the coping pavers? They go so well with the larger blocks! Nice touch.
Natural blue stone, thermal treated on the exposed edges.
Nice work! Unfortunatly you don't serve Tennessee area... Are you also assembling a pool cover!? What brand do you use? What is the stone you have on the coping? Thanks.
TN Valley Pool and Spa does Leisure in East TN if that's where you are
I love your work! Do you recommend anyone who could do the same services in New Jersey?
Try leisurepoolsusa.com and request a dealer near you. I
who do you recommend that installs this fiberglass pool in Horsham Pa. can this pool be custom sized or is it standard size?
We jave a fiberglass pool from 1970. Its seen its bdtter days. What can we do to restore it it? Or should we just put a new one in
I wish you would come to Virginia! I would love to use you to install a pool.

How much was this project?
Do you ever come to Florida? I just had a pool company out, they are 1 yr out to get a pool. Besides the fact that I only watched one video and I feel you are a trusted company (just a feeling) :) 🙏🏻
Sorry Andrea, we only service southern, NY. however if you go to this link you can find a leisure pools dealer in your area leisurepoolsusa.com/complimentary-design-consultation/
As for your estimated install time, i can't speak for that company, but there's been unprecedented demand in the industry the last few years so 12+ month wait times are quite common nowadays. Best of luck to you though!
I want one now...not as big though. 10 ft x 20 is good enough for me.
Beautiful job... but I'm guessing this isn't Florida... screen enclosure is a necessity in Florida!
Any information on the pavers that were used on the project?
We used Unilock's Beacon Hill Smooth XL in Steel Mountain color.

What type of finish & color was this latham pool? and what style of install was this autocover? (coverstar??)
This pool is a Leisure Pools USA Ultimate 30 in Sapphire Blue. Leisure is the exclusive importer of the Aquaguard gel-coat that comes from Australia. This is actually one if Leisure's key points of difference. A pool with a C******* finish simply cannot keep up. Feel free to email me for some pictures. jamie@albertgroup.us The auto-cover is made by pool cover specialists.
Great video! A few questions, what's the dimensions on the pool and deck area? Any recommendations on installers in NE Ohio?
leisurepoolsusa.com/complimentary-design-consultation/
Is where you can go to find a Leisure Pools dealer in NE Ohio. and in the case of those dimensions, i can go back and try to find that for you!
@@AlbertGroup great thanks!!
Im moving to Florida from NYC. All the pools I see there are concrete any reason for this? Does the hot weather help the concrete? Also does the fiberglass pool feel plástic when walking and sitting on it? Can you do tropical look in a fiberglass pool?
Concrete pools are cheaper in Florida, that's the reason. They do not have freeze and thaw cycles to worry about so the concrete mix can be designed weaker, the thickness can be designed thinner and the re-bar can be both smaller in diameter and placed further apart. That and a major component of concrete - sand, is fairly easy to find in Florida. Labor is also relatively cheap in FL.
Fiberglass pools feel great, one of the main selling points, but not all are created equal, find a pool with a textured floor, benches and stairs. They have some cheap ones that don't have that.
You can get whatever look you want out of the pool by working with the shape of the pool and patio and then landscaping accordingly.
Thanks for the question and best of luck on your move!
What is your approximate time from starting excavation, to filling with water on that pool?
It all depends on the job. Simpler jobs (usually without large retaining walls or huge patios) mostly take less than 2 weeks. We're currently working on a massive job right now that's going on 2 months. So like I said, it depends on the job.
Are you anywhere near Corpus Christi Tx. I would love to know the average price for a pool like this one!
No, sorry, but you can check leisurepoolsusa.com and search for a local dealer.
Water delivered by a truck? First time I see that. In France (and I believe in most of Europe), we do not have such service or company. Did you choose this solution for a time issue (too long for filling with tap water) or it was because of domesctic water restriction?
Regards from France, Ben.
Time issue for sure! Plus here in NY you are charged both for water and then they assume if you bought that amount of water you used that amount of sewage, so you get a sewage charge as well.
We need your company in las vegas !
What are you using for the pool equipment pad?
The equipment pad is concrete. The equipment on it is Pentair. We have a variable speed pump, cartridge filter and a heat pump.
Just bought and installed the same pool. Tough to find an experienced fiberglass pool coping company in Los Angeles. Know any one in Southern California?
No, sorry, but you can check leisurepoolsusa.com and search for a local dealer.
I need a company like your in Minnesota any plans on expanding or any recommendations for a company to call?
There are many great pool installers, you’ll find one. We are in Ohio and we’re getting a fiberglass pool at the beginning of September. Yeah, know at Summer’s end...But so many people are putting in pools that they’re backlogged, anyway good luck with yours!
No, sorry, but you can check leisurepoolsusa.com and search for a local dealer.
I’ve seen old fiberglass pools. Hairline cracks and fading happens. Is that still common?
I can't speak to other brands, but Leisure Pools has this figured out. And, knock on wood - I've never had a problem.
Does the gravel fill around the pool as it's being filled also help with changes in weather throughout the year; expand and contrast? Curious bc of varying climates around country and how crazy unpredictable it can be in one area year to year. Beautiful craftsmanship! Great team! Thanks for the thorough walkthrough... that is the area that can be overwhelming and prevent installing a pool. You all make it look effortless and the homeowner reiterated that.
Where can I buy a fiberglass pool like that one?

No, sorry, but you can check leisurepoolsusa.com and search for a local dealer.
Where is the main drain? I only saw you add holes on the sides.
We don't always show every part of the job on each video. Rest assured, we use the proper drainage and filters for every job we do!
What is the construction time for a project of this size?
He said around 2-6 weeks
Hi Jamie - I am in CT and considering an Ultimate 35. Can you confirm how many jets come with the spa? I was told it only comes with two, but on your videos, there appear to be more. Is having more jets an add on option? Thanks!
They “come” with zero. Your builder will charge accordingly for each one. We do 8 jets, an air blower and a light in the spa for $4,200.
Is there any advantage using the pavers over concrete?
That's a RUclips video in itself.
Concrete cracks, pavers can be removed to fix a pipe if need be, concrete looks different (personal choice if you like the concrete look better or the paver look) etc.. etc.. But for the most part We stopped using concrete because of cracks.
I have a concrete patio around our pool, about 30 years old. It has a couple big crack from settling. Some sections have set 1” below others. Hard to get ground around pool REALLY compacted so this never happens. With pavers you can remove and reset if needed.
How long does this project take??
A job like this usually takes us anywhere between 3-6 weeks.
I’m in Las Vegas Nevada, do you have a firm here with your product?

@@AlbertGroup thanks 😘
$35,000?
Guessing 70-150k
im guessing 25k tops
No Name lol at 25, this is minimum 75
Meaux H hmmmm
The pool shell is 25k. That project is probably 150k total
That must have cost more than my house.
But i hear the fiber glass pools are cheaper than the concrete pools
There are several costs involved with any pool installation. First, the pool itself - gunite or fiberglass (or you can go cheap with vinyl lining). You will find with comparing the same dimensions and options, the fiberglass will be slightly less expensive, primarily due to more labor costs and time to form/fill a gunite pool (average 15 day install for fiberglass, 2 months for gunite). You also have many options that can add up quickly - that automatic cover probably cost $2k-$3k alone. Second, the type/size of the deck. Do you want pavers, concrete (with cool deck coating), or something else... each has it's costs involved. Third, do you need a screen enclosure for your location (pretty much required in FL or else the bugs at night will keep you from enjoying the pool). Last would be landscaping which can vary greatly from a few plants to trees, bushes, etc.
I bought a 15x32 fiberglass pool (San Juan Caesar's Palace model) with built-in 8' spa, had a large 29'x45' concrete poured deck, and a large screen enclosure. The pool was $35k, deck was $6k, and enclosure was $12k - total was $54k. We had just bought our house 6 months prior for $125k.
@@angelorusso3219 An automatic cover costs around $13,500 just so you know. I got pricing direct from Leisure yesterday. (2020 pricing)
@@angelorusso3219 Where was this? I"m in St Augustine and my quote for a 14x30 fiberglass with no enclosure and 5' of pavers around the pool is 58K!
@@EverydayFamilyFL Had my pool installed by Highlands Pools (www.highlands-pools.com) in Sebring, FL June/July 2017. You can see the time lapse install here: ruclips.net/video/zkZS44plJYc/видео.html . There's nothing special about the pool/spa (no add-ons like tile, mosaics, fountains, extra jets, cover, upgraded pump, etc.) that we chose other than the dark blue color and "Cool Deck" paint colors. We wanted to keep our cost as low as possible and the more features, the more failures/leaks that can happen. If you contact Ronnie, you can see if he can service/quote you, or find out why your quote is so high. Hope you get a better quote from him or someone else.
Sean's Swimming Pool Water...? Designer pool water? I hate the fact that my kids will only drink bottled water, but I'll explode if they'll now only swim in imported pool water from a truck.
Funny! For the viewers that don't know, we truck in water for speed, not provenance.
