I like your idea. If I've used water based paint i get the sleeve as clean as i can under the tap then put it in the washing machine with clothes i'm not worried about, like my socks. The washing powder and fabric softener makes them dry beautifully soft. They smell nice too!
I am using drywall white paint and it does not come off completely from my rollers at cleanup with warm water. I don't want to use turpentine or other harsh chemicals. Is there a simple household product I can use?
I've been doing that with my hands... I think I'll switch to using a tool like a scraper. (It is satisfying to feel like a kid again with messy hands, though, haha!)

I find this man has helped me brilliantly with his great tips...thanks Aubrey.
That is great news Tony 😊
Amazing truck! I tried this and it’s so much quicker to clean! Thank you x
You can also empty it into the tin with that technique.
Thank you. What a simple, effective method.
Genius...and to think I've been missing this trick for years! Must have wasted so much paint...
Glad I could help Marcus 😊
Ha, so simple!
Cheers Aubrey!
I've just done it twice, the hard way...
Ok, hope it is useful in the future. It does save paint and loads of time.

Still doesn't explain why you've been doing it naked though..!
5-n-1 anyone?
Thank you, that's a great idea
Glad it was helpful!
Or you can use the circular edge of a 5 in 1
Excellent Aubrey
