WHAT MUSIC DOES SHE USE ITS SOOO AMAZINGGG
Even though I never really comment, I watch all of your videos. I know how hard you work as a full time content creator and a 24/7 mom and daughter. I never really commentate on other people's lives (because it's not my business) But I am really concerned about the amount of Celsius energy drinks I've been seeing. Each can has nearly 300g of Caffeine and the daily recommended amount is 400g, so you're basically getting your daily dose of caffeine in every can and that is concerning to me primarily because I'm afraid of any potential cardiac issues that may arrise from drinking all of that caffeine all at once.
I'm a nurse and I'm not much of a coffee drinker (hate the taste) but I REALLY needed caffeine one day when I was scheduled to work back-back 16hr shifts. I was so exhausted that my colleague gave me a can of celsius. I drink it and it helped me power through the shift. Maybe because the most caffeine I ever get is the occasionally soda, but when I was just standing stilll and pulling meds my heart rate was in the 130s and I was getting super overheated. Couldn't figure out why. Just thought I was overly exerting myself due to my working hours (I think I was on my 4th 16hr shift). I did not feel well. A few weeks later, I was in the same situation where I had to go to work, but I feel exhausted. I decided to stop at the gas station and grab a celsius. I started experiencing the same symptoms as before. I had hot flashes and an elevated heart rate that only worsened as my shift progressed. Thats when I actually looked up the nutritional information and saw that amount of caffeine that was in it. Personally, I'll never drink another one. I just don't think my body (nor heart) can tolerate all of that caffeine all at once. But I really think that this is the sort of drink that should be consumed only every once in a while. Like on a long road trip maybe. I know with the vlogs we only consume a small snap shot of your daily life and that you more than likely aren't consuming this drink daily. Just given what I had experienced with the elevated heart rate, hot flashes and the tremors I had experienced just makes me want to warn everyone about this drink and other energy drinks just like it.
