You might need some sort of power tool in order to open the entrance to the chest you could not reach (in the Overworld).
As for the sign with the mysterious runes on it, yes, they are directional input. You can find the corresponding inputs somewhere in the manual.
The remaining parts of the golden doors are all in locations with water, that has a map (they are not always highlighted on the map, though). You have already ruled out the Ruined Atoll, so you should probably be able to find the rest in the next video. 😊
Also, don't worry about taking a while to solve the different puzzles. We enjoy to see how you work to find the different solutions. Its not about the destination, but enjoying the journey. So you don't need to feel bad even if you end up spending a video without making any visible progress. Every failed attempt is one step closer to the solution 😊

The golden grid puzzle on page 49 of the manual is -- well, it is definitely related to that Door in the Mountains shown on page 50. You _are_ correct to go searching other pages of the manual, but what kinds of conspicuous little details should you be looking at for clues?
