Yeah but none of the balls you played in the video was really deep and high. Deep and high ball falls somewhere around the baseline and is so high it jumps over your head in an angle it is not possible to smash and often not really possible to go back and play it as it falls down into a comfortable height because the court is not that long for that.

Agreed @kkarx a bounce smash would be difficult and some courts do not have the run off to get back far enough so as mentioned in the video in that situation the solution is to play the ball on the rise before the ball gets up out of that waist to shoulder zone using the techniques of shorter swing, earlier preparation, initiate swing on the bounce of the ball 👍
