1 cup Dry Sabudana with 1 cup water, soaked over night
2-3 green chilis, finely diced
3 tbsp oil
1 inch ginger - grated (OR) 1tsp ginger paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp chili powder
salt to taste
1 potato, diced small
Handful of peanuts
