Pan Seared Ahi Tuna steak

Seared Ahi Tuna steaks 🐟

All you need is sushi grade Ahi Tuna (@sizzlefishfit), everything bagel seasoning, and olive/avocado oil.
I seasoned this with Korean bbq sauce, but you can use teriyaki or soy sauce as well.
Sear it on both sides for 45 seconds to 1 min. Let the tuna rest, then slice it up.

Looks like bachan and teriyaki is Japanese not korean 😅. Edit: I guessed from looking at the cap, while typing this I noticed it is bachan. You can see the bottle in the background while he's cutting.
