Bro add thin sheets of alluminium or copper plates in between those batteries and after adding them inbetween those batteries solder them together to a 'diy home made heat sink' .
If you can add temp sensor and a fan in that heat sink than automatically turns on the fan then that is even better .
Cooling should be active especially during Indians summers 😅.
And these batteries of this chemistry are safe than lets say those used in mobile phones .
But still keep them on lets say balcony or under a shed makes sense . Thermal run away precautions !

Sir I hope you are well. I have a question as lithium batteries are sensitive. That's why if I parallel the battery cells while doing the top balance, instead of selecting 3.65 volts, select 3.6 volts after charging and then make the battery pack in series, will there be any problem? Why not if the multimeter we have selects 3.65 volts? OK but if the accuracy is not correct then maybe my meter is showing 3.65 volts but in reality maybe 3.7 volts. That can be very harmful for my battery. Now what can I do?
Good observation. 3.6 is enough.
@@ZenInnovations After charging all the batteries to 3.6 volt. After connecting the bms in series and charging the rest, will the work be done? And another thing, how to do the grading..? Suppose 4 cells of 3.2 volt 105 amp. Now the real capacity of each one is different. For example, which one has 110A and which one has 103A and which one has 105. Now if we make a pack with these 4 cells, then the life cycle will not decrease?
@@arduinoprojecttutorial6774 the battery pack will work fine till the capacity of lowest cells. Say 103Ah. After that it'll imbalance. I suggest treat 105 battery as entirely 100 and keep DOD at 100Ah.
