You cook bacon like i do. It is funny to laugh at how many people go thru the pain of cooking it in full strip then crumble it to add to the dish when it takes 4 times longer to cook that way. It is nice to watch smart people. thx for all the adventures. I hope the new setup works out even better.

Oh my soul! We were literally debating if the Bloukrans pass was open and drivable on the EC side just last week!! I said to my husband, I hope you take a trip that side so we can see and here you post a video!!! Telepathy!! Thanks so much from us here in the WC who want to drive it, but were unsure of the conditions. 😊

    Hi Matt!
Thank you for all the videos you passing on as you conquering the roads and passes of South Africa and our neighbouring countries. I come to the understanding that you just love the Baviaans Kloof routs. I recently did the gravel road starting outside of Ladysmith and driving through Van Wyks Dorp and through Herbertsdale to Hartebos. I want to ask you, have you ever driven the road (almost 90% mountain drives) between Van Wyks Dorp and Herbertsdale? It's a hell- of- a-road to say the least! I haven't done the Baviaans Kloof road, but what I saw on videos and experience of some of my friends, It's much easier comparing to Van Wyks Dorp to Herbertsdale. I want to hear your reply on this please! I have done this specific trip with my Land Rover Discovery Sport towing an Echo 3 Off Roader, all fully loaded.
    Regards
    Braam vd Westhuizen from Rawsonville.

Thanks for showing R102. Every time we pass it on the N2 I’ve wondered about it and why it’s closed. It is the joke on the EC side - you know immediately when you’ve crossed over from EC to WC 😁. We’ll be driving through that area in 2 weeks time 🤔

Thanks for this enjoyable episode. I can’t wait to see your new set-up.
I would love a camera equipment video - or can you just tell me what camera you use - I think I once saw that it was a Canon but can’t be sure. I also use a camcorder - a Canon prosumer - and thought I was the only one.
Lastly, please can you clarify the name of the Baviaanskloof camp site - I think I heard it as Krugersdorp or something like that.

Hi Matt, Thank you very much for your interesting videos... We are planning our Namibia trip and have used your "Two Legends" journey as inspiration.
Welcome to the "Alu Cab Canopy Camper Family" We have had our for almost two years. We found it best to travel with it and make the changes as we go a long, once we found out what worked for us and what not.
The National Luna Power Distribution box, which is basically the front (Business end) of your battery box fits perfectly next to the rear door, on the inside of the canopy camper.

@@mattdubber we have a canopy camper and we did do a custom fit for the kitchen cupboard, but I saw they do have pre-maid units now. Yes, the nice part is deciding what you want to do with the inside. Each one differs. Enjoy the project. Looking forward to seeing the end result
