This is my dream machine-13" wide by over 8" high? Stellar!-but my hesitation is having a technician nearby; I've never seen anyone claim they are certified in the Grace brand. Hopefully, it would be less prone to breakdowns than computerized ones, but I like to locate someone in my area (N. GA mountains) that can work on them, just in case the fix can't be done over the phone. I have both a Juki guy and a Janome/Brother/Baby Lock guy fairly close by, but Is there a list of repair folks anywhere I can find online? I've purchased from Ken's online directly and from your Ebay shop, wish you were closer for a visit! ~Cynthia
Hi Cynthia, I am not sure who is in your area. We are authorized Grace dealers and can perform warranty work.
We are on NW Alabama so if you ever want to schedule us to look at your machine we can do it while you wait if you want to bring it over. We also give free lessons for life.
