I have a Genium X3 and it is not even close to what was promised. Complete waste of money. I’d return it if I could but I can’t. And I can’t sell it because the warranty can’t be transferred. Customer support is pretty much non existent. Buyer beware.

I’m on my second X3 and my experience couldn’t be further from yours.
I had a fault with my first X3 while on a work trip in Australia (I’m based in the UK). Ottobock got a replacement flown out to Australia and found me a local prosthetist to swap everything over so I could keep working.
I put my X3’s through hell and they’ve never let me down. Been using Ottobock MPK’s for 20 years in August and I wouldn’t consider anything else.

Your Problem is that you have a very Bad technician fitting your posthesis. The X3 Runs perfectly in every way promised, but it is up to the Technician to ensure certain functions.

@@engineeredlimbs9005 that may be true. Then why doesn’t Ottobock make sure the local technicians are properly trained. If I were to buy a Lamborghini from the local dealer, I could be sure that their technicians were properly trained. And the city I live in, does have a Lamborghini dealer.
Regardless of technician training, the device does not work for me and I would sell it if I could. However, unlike expensive cars, the warranty is not transferable so the device has no market value. And I paid for the device out of my own pocket. And I have spent hours in the gym trying to learn how to use this device. Buyer beware, Ottobock doesn’t stand behind their overpriced, underperforming product.
