I am picking up a lot about the importance of footsie and how that can really turn up your game in terms of making your opponent whif or miss as you go back and forth playing mind games. Great stuff.
@@PotitoDestroyer3000 Footsie is just a way of moving your character forward and backward to make your opponent believe u are coming in to attack and they try to hit u first but quickly you move back and ones he misses you than u can punish his miss with your own with a full combo.
On my personal opinion they should give johnny some projectile, like glasses throw, c'ause he has too much disvantage when somebody is zooning and shooting you projectiles...

I use Goro or Sonja so you can Combo of his amored wakeup and you get 30%, that is insane, can make is F2 safe and and and. He needs a Cameo but there are plenty to use:)
Foxy bro at the 10:25 mark…how did you know he’d try to grab here. Was that just a guess or feeling based on previous habits he’d shown you? I was testing the Lao/Lao combo last night before I saw this video and now I know this is the combo I want to main.
I love to watch MK gameplay bc I know I’ll never be able to do these combos myself lmao even since I was little could never get a full string combo together
Pick up Johnny he has some pretty simple combos you can learn that do almost 300 dmg. This was my first mk game I actually started playing online and winning. You can always learn. Watch some 15 min guides on fundamentals and some guides on whatever character you wanna play

Every time he’s within single dash range would it not be safer to just throw out shadow kick and block on the offchance it doesn’t catch you? I’d think that’d be the better way to apply pressure since he was gettin zoned really well.
I just had a Lao/Lao team on pc kasuals, I think I won 1 match out of about 20 🙈 real hard to deal with and my Cyrax assist kept whiffing when trying to pressure on block, is it me or has he a smaller hitbox??
@Mugen123456789 umm my performance has been pretty good since early access to be fair, story mode was choppy (it stutters on everyone's pc not just mine) so I switched that to ps5. Loading times are a little longer on pc but that's because all my settings are on ultra high and my oppenents could be running a slower, olddr hard drive. Overall I am enjoying it more on my pc 👍

I believe it also refers to using the strategy to also throw out singular lows or jabs to whittle down opponents health while you’re feeling them out.
Footsies is about staying out of range of your opponents longest hitting normal, while remaining close enough to hit your own

When doing the input press the button and then quickly hold forward and it should go straight instead of going up I’m pretty sure

Too unsafe. Shadow kick gets blocked he’s guaranteed to get hit by a full combo unless he has breaker.
