Steve…Awesome seeing you and Ms. Molly back out on the road. I really enjoy your videos. I did HVAC-R and boilers for the past 21 years after retiring from the Marine Corps, but back in January 2022 I had my third heart attack and had to retire. I was not ready for that, but watching your videos is like being back in the field. Take care and be safe.
Thanks for your service to FREEDOM! "The good the Brave the Marine". My Daughter just finished a 6yr stint in the Mass. Army National Guard Quater Master Unit. he has made me so proud.
Damn, after 1 heart attack I would never want another one. How did you manage to make it thru a 3rd?? I can't imagine the terror... like oh no, this is my 3rd strike, and game over... like World Series Game 7, tying run at 3rd base, bottom of the ninth, 2 outs, and you're at a 3-2 count, and then you swing and miss...
Without the diesel making all that noise you can hear all of the pipe and stuff rattling around in the back of the new truck. Glad your back look forward to more content.
Glad to see everything worked out for you Steve and Miss Molly! I just love the reaction of Miss Molly when you ask her if she’s ready to go to work! 🙂 Martinsburg, WV 🇺🇸
When you started driving I was like hey, why isn't the engine running then, I was like oh yeah new truck... Great set up and great fix for the first job in the new truck was an easy one.
I think Miss Molly is happier to go back to work than you are. As for the piping on the floor of your truck, I think it is safer than being on a shelf. Glad you are on the roll again
Hi Steve congratulations on getting your new truck. It’s been a while since you were able to go to work. I love to watch your videos you do awesome work. Thanks for sharing your videos with us.
Wooo HOOOOOOO!! finally.. wow Steven... I feel like I AM BACKTO WORK TOO !! feels nice!! great to see Miss Molly back to work too!! I bet you feel SUPER having a New Truck and a Back to Work schedule!! congrats!!
Was not a vacation swapping over to the new truck happy you are back to the norm hell I am a diesel mechanic 56 years old man looking forward to 65 in 9 years to retire to watch you still work you are a tough person best to you and molly in the new year.
I remember my plumber put his stock of pipes inside PVC pipes with screw on end caps. I think he used 4" PVC. He had a pickup truck with roof rack but you can do teh same on floor mounted to shelves legs. It would keep the noise down and pipes clean and secured.
Thank you so much for making this video. We just did this repair 👩🔧. It is so frustrating that the Kohler part gets such terrible reviews based on quality. It means the part is going to fail again and we have 4 bathroom with Kohler.
Thank you for noting the scald valve setting. Mine was set too low for the home I moved into almost 8 years ago. Summer was fine; winter, not so much. Finally I got fed up and researched it and learned how to adjust this valve and now reasonable shower temps are possible anytime of year. I could probably adjust slightly back down but I don't have any young ones so it's not a priority.
Steve, hope you see this: I highly recommend getting all the fluids in the truck changed out. It's good preventative maintenance and you'll know where you stand with the truth maintenance wise. Specifically transmission fluid and Coolant. Best regards
So refreshing to see you back on that grind Steve, my work truck is also in the shop getting new brakes and rotors. I’ve been pulling my hair already for 2 days not being able to work o can imagine how it was for you being out several months
Aww, poor little girl, she has been bored forever. About freaking time you got that truck together. She was like " Daddy I'm bored why are we not going anywhere? "
First thing I notice is how much more quiet the truck is.
Diesels make a racket.
Good point super quiet in comparison
@@robertp7209 Not the european ones. Like a MB Sprinter or something. They are even more quiet than this new one
@@znoop72 It's not the engine itself, it's the sound deadening the maker designs into the vehicle.

I'm surprised he doesn't close the door, not so much for the noise as to keep more heat (and A/C in the summer) in the cab.
Steve is working again y'all! And this time it is a Taj Mahal 👍

Steve, the new trucks looks great. The best part is Ms Molly's new bed and sitting area. She seems to know it's just like the old rig.
