Goodnight, I have an avaya ip 9620L and I downloaded version 2.6.17, I did all the steps in the video and the firmware is not updated. i think it must be something i'm forgetting in the 96xxupgrade or 46xxsetting file. although I don't see this file anywhere in the video. I need help as I am new to this with avaya phones. thanks.
Check the synchronisation and should be in same network., It could be some issue be antivirus software also which will be blocking. Also it's better once you check with 4 port or decided network switch.
the latest supported versions does not load or boot on 9620L. I am dealing with the same problem. Also, i cannot find the 2.4 firmware and i need it as i cannot register 9620L to asterisk 2.6.17, they are going into loop of register-401 without sending the authentication digest info in the second register.
Hi there, I have a couple of 9641GS around, using it with a third party gateway (not avaya environment), SIP works like charm but I can't add contacts on the phones itself, do you know why is this happening?
