Totally love how Milos is so concerned and can't believe how Francois is so disconnected from the sport. He keeps asking the question in different ways 😆
Mike Francois, one of my all-time favorite bodybuilders. He reminded me a lot of Yates, a quiet hard worker that had one of the most dense, hard and narly physiques ever in bodybuilding. I remember he always emphasized various deadlift variations in his training regimen. And I love deadlifts in all its various forms, it's my favorite exercise. Such a shame his career got cut short, because he was truly one of the greats in bodybuilding. That photoshoot of him and Yates was awesome, raw and uncut, it truly projected their similar personalities and approach to bodybuilding.
@@MilosSarcevOfficialRUclipsPage yes sir!! i am listening! Thanx for the response. i am from scandinavia myself, so i understand why we who are not native americans have an accent.
That was great guys. I love Mike in his day. I can understand why he just separates himself now. When it was our whole life 20 years ago it’s soo hard to accept being older and a totally different person. Hold your head high Mike. You were an idol to many of us out there !!!
Don't understand it, here you have the true legends of bodybuilding, the channel has less than 70000 subscribers, then you have 20 something year olds who neither never competed or did maybe an amateur show with millions of subscribers, if we were in the 90s , no internet just mags, nobody would know these young so called gurus, influencers etc. Times sure have changed. I loved to buy those magazines I remember Milos,Chris,Mike f. And all the others in the mags. The mistake I made was trying to eat 6000 to 8000 calories as a novice , result got fat as f###,. Anyways God bless you Dennis and all the guys keep up the old school podcasts love it
Good show! With Mike's career cut short, you can tell it hurts. I feel for him. I was impressed that Chris was able to get him on. 👏 I have one request. Try and get Bob Paris on. He is the one guy like Mike cut his career short. I know Bob saw it going in a different direction, and I always wondered his mind set.
You are one of my all time favorites Milos , loved the many covers you were on and no you were not an ironing board with abs. You with big and aesthetic , I never saw you as small , you were what the mainstream guy wanted to be. In the nineties you were todays Bumbstead, what guys wanted to look like!
Mike was one of my favorites when I was 16-17 y/o (1995/96) when I first got into training 😊💪🏼💪🏼If it wasn’t for the colitis, imagine how great he would’ve been in the IFBB?🤔🤔🤔🤔💯💯💯
As a guy who was in high school during the 90s, it doesn’t get any better than seeing Milos, Mike, and the Real Deal on a podcast. I don’t have an eye for talent like Milos has, but I always said I thought Dennis Neuman woulda been Mr. O at least a couple of times had he not gotten sick
Mike was a great champ! If I remember right Mike was getting a little hype because he also won the muscle Mania before he started competing in the NPC? They featured him on muscle sport USA or American Muscle I can't remember what it was called on ESPN? You guys got to find Renelle Janviar!?
Francois shape and size was and is still inspiring to many including myself. His win at the Arnold was amazing, if you haven't seen it, definitely check it out here on RUclips. Great seeing him as a guest 👍
great to see mike on your show dj. here,s a few names we would like to see porter, mike quinn, berry de mey, steve brisbois, shaun davis, jerry rogers, tom platz any of these would be appreciated dj.
Francois got sick the year I started working at GNC for the summer and was introduced to bodybuilding…. I followed his Whole story as much as I could bcus I have Crohns. 🙏 THANK U🫡💪
Edgar Fletcher was another 90s guy who had the most unbelievable structure, but couldn’t turn pro during that era. What a decade of bodybuilding hall of fame talent!
Love the podcast but the amount of times Chris and Dennis contradict themselves from podcast to podcast is hilarious. And why are they constantly going on about condition, when it’s just as good now as it was back then.
NICK W decided Not to do the Arnold and Win his 2nd Arnold,BUT is Focused on coming in crazy to Win the Olympia 23💪🔥 And if Nick is Nit doing it,then Bonac or Shawn will Win the Arnold
Way off USA was in the early 80s ,dale ruplinger was first winner I think..... mike posed at show I promoted , was best most real person , cut his fee when he saw it was for charity awesome guy.... pretty strong lol saw him do 455 incline for 12
Mike is TOO quiet!!! Almost 30 minutes in and nothing. Who remembers Flex was 218 at that Arnold classic! At a legit 5'10 (just over)! He probably didn't train long before that show. He was a little soft and small
@@MilosSarcevOfficialRUclipsPage still imagine a guy of Brett’s caliber taking a full year off just to place last at the Olympia? It’s pathetic and weak
i don't know what happened between Mike François and Drian yates, because when Mike was asked about Dorian as he skipped the question yet they trained sometimes together and they trained hard back, etc. Probably when he got sick Dorian didn't call him or ask for his news.

Mike is being very humble! When I still see him in the gym in a pair of shorts, his calves look better than most pros do on stage today! 🔥🔥💯

I remember when Mike was in the magazines!!! Amazing physique! So great to see him and this interview with all of you! Nice pad, Mike!

The first NPC Mr USA winner was Dale Ruplinger in 1982. The first year the USA was a pro qualifier (overall winner only) was Mike Quinn in 1987

When will you use the live chat so your audience can ask guests questions too?
Finally Porter gets a mention! It amazes me how he is hardly ever mentioned in these conversations. Very strange.
Dennis reporting from the dungeon again with that fake backdrop.
