i recently graduated and i am now a massage therapist. i am really trying to benefit myself not only for me but for my clients and the ones i love. i am going to invest in buying a bike and getting up early in the morning to ride my bike and listen to podcasts without spending so much time on my phone. making sure to drink plenty of water and eat a nutritious breakfast to start my day. i’m so glad i came across to this 🤩🤍

Here I am watching at 1:30AM knowing full well I will once again fail to get up early as I always do. I have anxiety and depression. So kinda keeps me up at night and gets hard to wake up in the morning from exhaustion due to depression. I’m just hoping I overcome this someday. Loved the video tho❤

Having structured breaks and [time away from screens] is so hard because I have a [screen technology and anything digital] addiction over the past month I noticed how if I am not on my phone I constantly want to be on it and go back and scroll on youtube or social media. So this really has to stop. Yes it really needs to stop.
