    I like starting with 3 strength and fitness. Catching up to 5 is still doable since you still got the bonus of 3 skills point or more (125 %), and it's more points to use on traits, like Keen hearing ! I never start a character without it...

      I always pick fire officer and then underweight. I do pick fit so its still +1 fitness. Underweight is free points. I rather have them both somewhat high. For negatives I always pick unlucky, smoker, high thirst and weak stomach. All free points. I dont like how weak you are below 5-6 strength/fitness. I really like to rush early game and I usually spawn rosewood and I try to get to a fresh warehouse at day 1-2 but that means getting a car and some fighting and with 3 strength and fitness its a nightmare😂😂😂
      And yes keen hearing is A tier😂😂😂

      start with negative on everything than get all the good traits and work it back up.

      @@Drie_Kleuren Overweight is free points. You can lose weight so easily in this game, say by eating only junk food like candies. And candies give you a ton of happiness too. LOL

      @@trumplostlol3007 dont you mean underweight? If you only eat junkfood and candies you gain weight pretty quickly (junk food and candies have pretty high calories and they dont give that much hunger) also its more easy to gain weight then lose it. You can gain up to 3kilos in 24h and only lose 1k per 24h... I generally have lost my underweight trait by the time the helicoper shows up at around day 6-9. You litterally eat 3 ice cream and you have double arrows up. Just eat some ice cream or chips and maybe a stick of butter and you are there😂😂😂

    You arent capped at Fitnes my guy. Yes if you are fat or skinny your fitnes cant go above a certain level, derp. But you can easily lose weight. Or gain weight. And then it doesnt matter, you can get max 10 fitness again.

    Ughh lvl 9 finess gives the "Athletic" trait which increases you run speed and stamina regen, and lvl 9 str gives the "Strong" trait which increases melee damage by 20% from the traits alone.

    so how would it effect your fitness if you started with underweight, or extremely underweight, and just ate enough to get out of them? Would you gain fitness or would you still have to do fitness training?

      You still need to do fitness training. It would only get rid of the stat debuffs associated with the trait, not the fitness level debuff

      your comment is a month old. but lossing weight if way easier then gaining weight. So if your going to take the negative weight traits go the overweight ones and not the underweight ones. Not to mentain majority of the perishables in the beginning are vegetables. and foraging aswell gives low calorie items. only real viable way to get calories conssitently is fishing... which most people dont even do....

      @@henrylin6537 What? Gaining weight is actually way easyer as you can gain 3 kilo's per day but only lose 1 per day.

      ​@@henrylin6537 i would find this hard to believe, it takes about a good 30 ing days to lose obese, and 5, if you try hard enough, to get from really underweight to the normal weight if you force down enough pasta and ice cream down your throat

    Exercise is the stupidest way to gain strength. Just go cut some trees instead which is much more productive. LOL Btw, overweight is only -1 (4 fitness instead of 5) in fitness which is not much in game play. And gaining 1 level of fitness takes a long time. So, it is a waste of time to trying to gain fitness from doing exercise.
