Slipknot brought Rammstein to Iowa some 20 odd years ago. Most mindblowing shit i had ever seen. at that point they only really had Til's flaming jacket and the flame spitting headgear but it was fucking amazing. I MAKE SURE TO SEE THEM EVERY TIME THEY COME ANYWHERE CLOSE ON THEIR AMERICA TOURS

Rammstein is probably the best live show band ever. They just did a stadium european tour. All sold out within minutes... they return in 2020
It was hell to get tickets for 2020 as well they are really popular.

I went to the arena-tour last summer, worth every cent!!! This show whas nothing compared to arena-tour... The amount of fire whas unbelievable, best show i ever saw!

Wolkendach means just that the clouds function as a roof for everything below - so just translate it to clouds, its fine!! The word Wolkendach itself is kind of a word only used in poetry or like 100 years ago. No one really uses it these days, maybe every now and then in meterology.

I'm sure someone has said it, but they're all trained in pyrotechnics. They strive to put on a visually pleasing show as well as vocally. Literally every member of the band has a license in pyrotechnics.
Paul Landers (one of the guitarists) once said that when it gets too hot on stage with all the fire you can tell by the fact that they are turning away from the flames. So I always have to smile when Paul turns away from this huge flame. (At 6:48)
The fact that he's never moving away from his spot shows how controlled and serious they're with their pyrotechnics

After the second Flamethrower, they roll something on the stage, that looks like an anti tank gun and flake gets suited up in a heat protection suit. Then Till shoots at him directly, because the anti tank gun is the biggest flamethrower they ever had ^^

yeah, i saw them in copenhagen the other month, was first time travelling out the uk, even just doing anything, alone, was most definitely worth it. probably best concert i've been to.
Wish I could, what I've seen of their live shows is bloody epic. Even some of the support bands they've chosen are on a par (look up Combichrist, also massive stage presence). Sadly I'm rather stuck in the "But there will be people there. People!" hole. Metallica, One is definitely as much pyro but only for one song. Rammstein looks to be a fire everywhere experience.

But i think they hired profesionals after some accident where fans where hurt when some equpment failed. They made pyros themselves before.
Now they have a Team for Pyro but Till and the other with the Pyro Team planning and realize the Performance for many years.

hey guys, i'm a german and i want to try help you guys by adding some context: the song "mein teil" can be translated as "my piece" which is refering a piece of human flesh. the song is about cannibalism and was inspired by a real incident that has happened in german and is known by "der kannibale von rotenburg" (the cannibal of rotenburg) which is a guy called armin meiwes who was an absolute psychopath who met up with a guy who was willingly offering himself as a sacrifice to be eaten by him... pretty intense stuff, there is an article about the incident on wikipedia that you can easily find by googling it..

We got tickets for August 2020 in Philly for Rammstein and we go as a family. We take our son to all concerts, which this is my son's graduation present.

I went to there 2012 concert in San Antonio. Worth every dollar to be there live. What a freaking awesome show they put on. Plan on going again when they come to Foxboro 2021.

Honestly this is one of their most disturbing songs, although they certainly have a few others too. But yeah, also the best concert I've ever seen, they're honestly an amazing band and I can't wait to see them live again.

I've seen them before live, here at the Tacoma Dome in Washington. It was an EPIC show! One of the best concerts i have EVER been to. I had general admission and got right on the fence by the stage. On a couple songs the whole floor started jumping up and down and it was like being in a wave on the ocean!
Love seeing people reacting to Rammstein for the first time. :p THIS is why people worship Rammstein; they're the greatest band in the world! They have the audience in the palm of their hands, they're amazing live! I've seen them live twice, and seeing them again next year. There's no comparison! ❤🤘

The new version of Mein Teil from this summer is so insane as well. Puppe was pretty tame compared to Mein Teil. Personal opinion. Puppe sounds scarier, tho :P
Puppe is good, but I think Hallomann is a little more sinister. When I first heard it all I could think from the opening verse is, "this isn't going to end well"

Puppe is an awesome song, but i'd suggest the studio version before a concert version, depending on the quality of the audio. Of the concert version of it i saw, the studio version had the better audio.
Rammstein fricking love fire!!! I was on the guard rail at one of the shows it was at the Allstate Arena in Chicago and dude I actually had to make my way to the back cause the flames were just so hot I couldn't stand it.
I saw them this year for the very first time in prague. They are one of the best live bands on this planet.
