    Great tutorial & I love your finishes. I have a Halloween piece that I've been trying to figure out how to finish & your tutorial made up my mind. I just subscribed & I'll be watching some of your other videos.

    Thank you for sharing your tips! Beautiful work. Perfectly matched with that wood. Never thought of using pins to hold fabric and trim in place.

    Great tutorial! Just curious, if you are going to cover the sticky mat with fabric why not just use mat board that isn't sticky. Did I miss a reason for the sticky board? Thanks again

      Thank you!! And good question! I just used the sticky board because I had it, but it’s not essential to the process. Regular mat board would work great! I do think the sticky board helps keep the base layer more smooth and taut, but probably doesn’t make too much of a difference 😊

    Thanks for not singing as you speak your words...so many others do and it makes the video unwatchable. A normal speaking voice is refreshing.
