Awesome, I took my stock seat to an auto upholstery guy who also does motorcycle seats. He turned my seat into a saddle seat for 185.00 Cdn, which is about 400.00 less then trying to get a seat delivered up here.
That's right. Corbin is the only seat (if you swap out gas tanks) that needs to be matched with aftermarket tanks iirc. Yes, Procycle usually has what I'm looking for.
I was always interested in that seat, thanks. Generally, I had an issue with slant of the seat on the DR. Seemed to put a lot of pressure on the tailbone, anyone else have this.
In glad the new seat and pegs helped. Thanks for sharing! Seat concepts, at least on the drz, looks narrower up front and i think thinner up there if you get the “lowering “ one. I wonder if that is different than pro cycle
Nice seat! one thing about the DR is that it's easily lowered, should you want to be able to touch the ground. No linkage required, just reposition the bolt. Hope u njoy the DR n the KLR
I own two seats from Seat Concepts. I think they are awesome for comfort. However, both seats "ordered years apart" took forever to get. They are as slow as molasses at this company. Not a great buying experience if you hate waiting like I do, LOL.
Tank you for your video. Do you find your seat much more comfortable than the original seat? Even after several days of travel, is your seat still comfortable?
I have been unhappy with my seat concepts for my 250f. I even put soft on the options and in my comments. Still hurts my butt after short time, still hard.
My bike had a sargeant seat on it when I got it (used). I do not like the seat at all. Too soft, so my butt bones sink into it and then I get pressure on the surrounding soft tissue areas. I'm shifting a lot after around 50 to 60 miles. How is the firmness of this? Is it taller than stock? I'd like a slightly taller seat (already lowered the pegs), but I'm afraid the seat concepts tall seat will change the riding ergonomics too much (it's almost 2 inches higher than stock).
Yes, The Procycle seat is a little taller than stock and it is quite firm. I recently did a 350 mile (in a day) ride on it and it was about as good as it could get I imagine.

I've had over fifty motorcycles and the seat is so important that it changes your desire to ride or not ride.

Nicely done!
I'm glad you like the seat. I really enjoy my Procycle seat
Absolutely! What a difference it makes!
Ive been riding mine since 2016 with the stock seat makes you want to stand thats for sure, definitely gonna order that procycle one!
Ah man, it's time to upgrade! I couldn't last six months on the stock seat!
great video mate beautiful country side there. safe riding mate.
Corbin is the other brand seat. Procycle is an awesome source for dual sports.

Lower pegs are great - especially when standing up - off road - in the rough stuff. Your legs will love them !!!
I just added a Zeta bar rise offset kit to my Dr650. Going to lower the pegs next.

This seat is awesome, I have no complaints thus far.

Great video - I got the Seat Concepts "Complete" - Not the kit. I'll say anything is better than the stock 2x4..... Love your channel !!!!
Nice vid. Liked. Subbed. QQ4U: are you in Wyoming? Lovely area there.
Appreciate you watching and supporting the channel! I am in Utah, lots of great riding here!

I think I had a ten week lead time time when I ordered my SC seat for my CRF300L, took a minute but it was worth it.
