Nice to hear this guitar played by someone actuely playing bluegrass on it. To many demos where there only strumming bar chords or non bluegrass type music. Always personally felt bluegrass has been the only way to showcase a martin dreads voice. These d10s are legendary to me. I always wanted a d28 or d35, could never afford one. Had a d28 on layaway decided to look at a d10 spruce top. I played it along with the d28 on layaway and personally it underwhelmed the d28 to me. I treid 2 d10s, first one sucked. It didnt have that scooped martin sound. Hard to play Then the 2nd one blew me away. I had them remove the electronics to get a pure wood sound. Now it it rivals all the d18s ive played. Ive had so many peope call me a liar or deleriously compensating cause i cant afford a standard series martin. But this videos proves its basicly a budget d18
I almost bought this guitar, but the one I chose had an issue with fretting, so I decided to switch it for a D13E Road Series! I love it. It was obviously just that one because that one sounds great. That's cool Billy has one.

@AnnieReigns-qi9qj I couldn't agree more on all fronts. A few of my students have these, and they are all as good or better than the d18s in the shop.

@@KenneyCmusic awesome. I really like the necks on them.
Good job! An honest players opinion!
