So they need to compete internationally given that the competitions in Thailand aren't that good. While in the Philippines cheer competitions (UAAP, NCC etc) are held at big arenas. The UAAP CDC pa is being watched by thousands of people live and is being broadcasted to millions of people. That's why NU's top priority is the UAAP CDC crown. Philippine cheer competitions are already good and an example of how good our local cheer comps are is the growth of the skills and the level of difficulty each UAAP cheer team has. BTW Thai cheerleaders do not know TUMBLING. Super basic ng tumbling nila ndi pa in proper form.

@@mbsmanila2047 Never underestimate other team's strength base on what you've watch. USA severely focus on stunts and tumblings and yung mga pyramids ay di gaano mataas and mahihirap. There's a lot of countries na pwedeng tumalo sa kanila in the near future.

Uulitin ko lang, gaano katagal ang performance ng USA, Japan at Thailand? 2mins 30sec lang. Kalahati sa ginagawa ng NU. Hahahaha! Bakaawit na dila ng mga yan lang pinagawa sila ng same length of routine.
I'll say the transitions in our stunts are much more aggressive but the execution of their stunts are beyond this world. They really have a UCA style mixed with NCA
I didn't know they did cheer outside of the US, this is awesome! It's such great exercise, promotes teamwork and keeps kids busy and not on the streets!

It’s so interesting how their tumbling is nowhere near US and Canada teams, but their stunts are so much better, especially their pyramids.
You can also try to watch UAAP CDC 2019 NU PEP SQUAD to see much more death defying stunts
They had some dang good choreography, I still think the US has more powerful, less dance-like routines. I know that's totally debatable.. 😁✌
