I'm a flyer for a senior 5 team (one of the highest levels) and the trust I have in my bases has to be there or I'm dead. Cheer is hard but rewarding. Cant wait for comp season!
Of course I will definitely tell you some advice so when you are flying make sure your knees are locked and so you’re nice and tight and also don’t look down whatever you do don’t look down because that will get you nervous now if you’re doing a cradle or something you have to make sure that you’re super super super tight and you have to make sure that your bases tell you when they are gonna throw you up in the air
And also another tip I have is just to be confident in yourself and make sure your legs are nice and straight and not offended and make sure all your body is like looking straight forward
Okay, I’m a flyer too and love giving tips! 1st, make sure you TRUST. YOUR. BASES!! It makes such a difference if you fully trust them to carry you. Another tip is always look up! If you look down you will automatically fall because you are focusing on going down instead of up. Hope this helps!
Sorry but no because u don’t have to de a professional u just have to know what ur doing, I do cheer and I’m not pro but I know what I’m doing and I’m not an adult. Not trying to be rude tho.
Damn, those men holding a girl on one arm are kings. I imagine they have to stretch all their body muscles before lifting. That amount of weight has to be rough on the entire body.
Amount of trust they have for their teammates is wildd
I do this and yk sometimes we don’t and sometimes we do. That’s just how it works if someone falls. I fell 2 time in 2 days😂 it hurt really bad 😂😂😂😢
