- Well I was headed to do a bit of Goodwill shopping. But when you see an estate sale and a garage sale you might as well stop.

Yvonne, you know the saying, “A Bible that is falling apart is usually owned by someone who isn’t!” I’m sure that prior owner is walking the streets of gold right now. You got some great buys but the Bibles are my favorite. My oldest is 1854.
Oh.. that age🤍
That’s a beautiful thought. Truth.
I would still sell the damaged containers, marked as is and I’m sure someone will fall in love with their quirkiness. Loved all your undos. Thank you for sharing x
the best part of your video's is the remakes!!!❤❤🌹
🥰
Oh wow what a find in the old Bibles, I am always amazed with how people have read those old Bibles.
once I got a discount box of 25 bears for $12.., all kinds and sizes....what fun. My daughter did a "teddy bear picnic "with her toddler
Great deal
I loved the 25 cent board. But, of course, as usual I like everything you redo. 🤗
Love the crow canisters... loved the broken ones... 💔 I would buy even with cracks and use as display
Another thought. Tools on a nice piece of wood. Great plaque for masculine decor.
I love the Bears
I would put the damaged containers in the garden for fun :)
The rooster is just my favorite . No matter what you put him on, I love it.
I had a little friend who died at 107 years old. She was very healthy until she was about 97 and was an avid antique collector. It was fun to shop with her because as you would view the prices she would be indignant and say things like, “Well look at the price on that, that came from a five and dime! Well Hump! Look at the price on that, it came out of an oat box!” So lots of things that were brought into this country dirt cheap, as time goes by gained in value so that is probably the case with your paperweight.
Oh.. I would love to been with you two when shopping 🤍
I told my boyfriend today that I think u are my sister from another mister! Lol
We love sooo many of the same things. From Bibles, old windows, animals and the old rusty crusty stuff! I just love watching your videos!
Love that🤍
Love the crow canisters and the little risers. All your stuff is great though.
Loved the little riser!!! I
Love roosters so of course I will choose it. You made it look like it was painted on years ago instead of decopauge.
Thank you
Very pretty candelabra.
Loved the cracked canister set. They are as you always say ‘imperfectly perfect’!!!
Tip for enlarging your labels... print then enlarge them with your printer to whatever size you want. Love your videos!
Oh.. if I can figure that out . Thank you
The corkscrew on the cobalt blue glass flower will take a dowel.
I make similar and have them in vases, and some hiding in my garden
I would soooo buy those canisters even with the damage - they are so unique!... I loved all the items that you found!!! my favorite make-over was the glass jars at the end with the crow labels...
Loved the candlestick makeover! Also, sell the canisters ‘as is’. Thank you, Yvonne!❤
Loved everything! I have my mom's Bible and it's even more treasured now that she's in heaven! I always enjoy your channel! Thank you for sharing your projects!💕
Awesome as always
The text on the napkin says: beautiful and good
I would glue them and put them in your yearly yard sale someone will love them
Stuffed animals will clean up nicely if you put them in a bag of corn starch........cleans and fluffs them🐈⬛
Thank you for sharing that tip 😊
I sometimes sell the cracked at a less amount and a note that they are cracked
Always, but always love your work.💌
I loved those cracked cannisters!!! They still would make great decor items!
On the wood candlesticks, I'm sure you know that the metal tops are put on there for the manufacturer's liability against law suits if people burn down the candle and it catches the wood on fire. I know this from experience as I left a candle burning and it didn't have metal under it and it burned completely through and caught my fireplace mantle on fire. I heard some crackling noise and went in there and the flames were just licking at the drapes. It is a miracle the whole house didn't burn down. I caught the fire just in time. Now I don't burn real candles unless they are in glass or metal containers with more metal risers underneath.
Yes.. thank you. Glad it didn’t go worse , I think more people are going the battery candlestick way too especially on pillars
In ancient Japanese pottery and Spanish it’s quite ok to show fixings of Brocken pottery
With wire I would try and sell them
I loved all what you did in the video
Love the candelabra it looks amazing. The crow canisters are fab also!
Liquid glass/crystal effects will glue those pottery pieces nicely
I love all projects you redo 🤩my favorite for today was the White Canister set.
Hi! Excellent video as usual. I think the tray was a basket lid.
The bears weren’t favorite and I loved the wide white
candelabra 😮
I love the chocolate bunnies. I buy bunnies all year and display them. I don't wait for spring, lol. If that flower is the one you sold on Whatnot I bought that. It's very pretty. Everything came out so nice! I Iearn so many tips and tricks from watching your videos. Cheers!
Oh.. thank 🤍🤍
I love the channel. You do awesome work.
Thank you
Hi Yvonne! My fave find is the Pier 1 Imports nesting owl bowls! My fave makeover is the final canister set, although I have to mention that you worked wonders with that 25 cent riser.
I love all the products 😍. Absolutely beautiful 😍. Thank you for sharing!
Loved the wood riser, it was transformed the best!
I love your hair btw, beautiful
Aww.. thank you
I learn something new every time I watch one of your videos...thank you! Someone will buy the canister "as is" because they are such cute shelf sitters.
Thank you
As always you did a wonderful job thrifting and upcycling. The broken canister set is so unusual, so sad . My favorite redo was the 25 cent board. Love your videos. 🤗
You do such magic with these things❣️
Loved the chicken riser!
I really love your videos and watching what you do with the flips. It definitely give me ideas of things to keep an eye out for when I am thrifting! Thank you so much for sharing! xo
Thank you for sharing that
The container's are cute
I love those bears!!! Tfs
Great stuff loved it loved all
My favorite finds were the candle sticks BEFORE the reno. I liked having the option of using or unscrewing the insert. Loved the depth of the top of the candle stick without the insert!
I get that
Wow! Great finds! You are very talented. New friend here 🙌🏼🌈✌🏼
Great finds!! Thanks for sharing your haul and makeovers! Have you thought about using the Dishwasher Safe Mod Podge for canisters or the like? That way the people who buy them won't have to worry about the awesome paper coming off when the item is wet from being washed. 🫶🏻
I need to remember to get some.. I’m popping over to Amazon to do that now. Thank you
The candlesticks are so nice and can be used all year around. Always enjoy your channel and projects.❤️
Great finds! I love the 25c board...what an amazing rooster transformation!
The canister Santa clause people are adorable, yeah I would sell as is, though I have used acrylic to mend items that stuff is awesome and paint over. But I would totally buy those as is.
Great finds. On the cracked pottery pieces....find a ceramic or pottery shop and see if they can use slip on cracks on inside and refire for you. The colored glaze may come off but you could always repaint them. I had ceramic shop. I broke one of my grandmother's pitchers that I loved. I slipped the pieces together and refired it. Colors did not change and I salvaged a sentimental piece.
Oh.. I didn’t know that. I’ll have to see if there’s any near us
I loved the canisters, especially the ones with the crows. Great finds!!
Love the bears! Your make over today so nice, love the canister,I would use them as shelve sitters.
Your thrift flips came out beautiful ❤️
Yvonne, small tools in shadow boxes frames. They would look great in a man’s office or bedroom for someone who loves tools. The tools are beautiful.
Oh those sweet Japanese canisters are precious! I’d buy them cracked or not! They are a heart squeezer!
Crow canisters are my fav! You scored some really nice glass!
Great finds! Great job on all! Love the candle sticks!❤️
Bibles are your niche, that is wanderful
Some one will probably love those cracked ones for shelf decorating
I just love your videos and the way you dress items up! Thanks for sharing and I look forward to more from you!!
What a great haul. The make overs I love, they all turned out amazing
LovEd it all! Always love seeing your hauls! I hate the set had two broken pieces. It was Too cute!
Really love the rooster riser. So 😍
Love the four canister set!
Great finds, my favourite was the candelabra. I also collect old bibles and have some beautiful ones with vintage bookmarks and rosaries and old religious postcards tucked inside. The stories these could tell.....and how do you display yours? Thanks again for the fun video. Cheers.
Aww.. thank you for sharing that. I have a home tour coming soon.
Hi Yvonne! So many fun Goodies! The canisters are really unique...I think someone would buy
them as is, they are just nice for display! I sure would! 🤭 I LOVE the TEDDIES 💕💕!! Will
they be sold online or in your shop? The makeovers are all beautiful...Love the Crow Canisters🥰
They’re in the booth. But I can put the in eBay if interested.
@@GingerChickRehab That would be wonderful...I'm interested in the navy bear , but would consider both! 🥰 Thank You!
Hi Yvonne, May I ask? Do you ever post pictures of your Booth in the Antique Mall? Love you pics today, especially the Cream Metal Candleabra! Wonderful Design for sure. Please advise and thanks. Sherry :)
I post pictures of our booth a lot on my Facebook page. Please feel free to hope over there. I also post individual item makeovers there too
Always like what you found but favorite was the bears. They were precious. I kick myself for getting rid of my Snuggle bears. I started collecting them when they started advertising buying them with proof of purchase of Snuggle Softer.
Your make overs were super but there again a favorite were the jars you did with the crow decals.
Really cool jars. You probably got those awhile ago huh?
♥️♥️😊👍👍👍
Love your chanel. I’m from Holland, and follow you from the beginning off the chanel
Hello, and thank you
Yvonne, I’ve sold unique damaged items “as is”, so don’t fret. I’m sure you can more than make your money back, IMO.
Knowing how skilled you are why not putty the inside of the canisters and paint with chalk paint. I’m sure you could sell them for some amount. Used a shelf sitters I’m sure they would be fine.
Aww.. thank you
Great video, as usual. Btw, your hair is so beautiful, I love it!
The first vase Deco art glass I think
You have inspired me to decoupage!! I wonder when do you know to use polycrylic instead of modpodge?
Either works.. I do polycyclic on wood items. And mod podge on glass, ceramic. Hope that helps some
Everything is wonderful :) I was wondering how the chicken and the word thing would look. I thought I don't know 'bout that but!; then you added that antiquing wax and all was good in my world.LOL. I love Crows. Those canisters will go fast! Are you going to do any kind of fall makeovers.? Or just keep it everyday stuff. Thank ya Ginger Chick :) God Bless, take care. Rebekah.
I’m working on some now.. I just can’t get into fall till after Labor Day.. I know I’m behind everyone else. They’ve probably moved on to Christmas by now.. lol
Be great faux plant holders with lid propped to the side
The vase looks to be Murano. Not all Murano is marked. Depends on age.
Thank you
The vaseline resist candlestick was my favorite today. What glue(s) would you recommend for metal or ceramic to plastic?
That’s a good question. I would think an epoxy base glue..
Gorilla 2 Part Epoxy, 5 Minute Set, .85 Ounce Syringe, Clear, (Pack of 2) a.co/d/d6gHGrL
J-B Weld ClearWeld 5 Minute Epoxy, Clear, Syringe, 2 Pack, 50112-2 a.co/d/6EYxXIL
Hope that helps
@@GingerChickRehab That's a great help and thanks so much for taking the time to give me links as well as suggestions!
I thought you would put grain stripes on the side of the rooster
Love your show. I am trying to paint some wood items and am having trouble finding a paint that will cover,
I purchased Kiltz at Walmart but was so thin it took about 5 times to cover and so thin it was dripping everywhere. Is there another paint that covers better. Thank you.
You may have picked up the kilz base by mistake. Reread your label. The one I use says “ready to use” on it. I’ve accidentally done the same thing.
Omg I have teddy Baers that arms and leg move from England and Ireland ! Two of them and they are 60 years old ! I wanted to know what should I do with Them if u had them
Almanak means calendar
Trust me someone will buy those damage items
If you wash the container does the modepodge label come off?
Hand wash.. just like other labels.
They are called squares
🙂❤👍🙏
i am trying to find this farm animal paper and dont seem to find it
