You know the ones, the ones that live in Highfields, East Park Road/Green Lane road, Melton Road, Narborough Road........The ones that hang around the coffee shop at the top of Grandby Street, London Road....The ones that sit in Cafe Nero where the old Irish Menswear used to be.....The ones that sit outside Costa Coffee at The Haymarket Clock Tower entrance...those ones.
