Salt 20gms 1tbs
Chili Flakes 20gms 2.5tbs
Zeera 15gms 2.5tbs
Ginger, Garlic, Green Chili Paste 50gms 3tbs
Garam Masala 5gms 1tsp
Turmeric 6gms 3/4tbs
Chutney:
Mint bunch
Coriander bunch
Green Chilies 2
Salt 1tsp
Tamarind 50-80gms
Sugar 5tbs or Jaggery 10tbs
