I Tried it today, and it was just perfect! Un logon ne bhi khaaya jo aaloo k samosey nahi khaatey! Thanks alotttt
Aata ingredients;
2 cup maida
1 tspoon Salt
1 tspoon ajwain
2 tsp Ghee .
Mix it well
Luke warm water 3/4 cup
Oil + rest
Potatoes mixture ;
5-6 allo or 1 kg
2_3 tablespoon oil .
Zeera 1 tea spoon
2 tsp adrak
Fry for 30 sec
now add
Aloo +
1 tbps kutta dhanya
Half tsp kutta dhanya
Half tea sp dhara mirch
1tsp garam masala
Half tsp Haldi
1 tbsp Chaat masala
1 tbsp Amchoor
Half tea spoon Salt
1 tbsp Water
3 tbsp hara dhanya
4 tbsp Hari mirch
Add in samosa and fry in medium then high flame .

Hi, I like your recipes, I tried so many. I made samosas too, but I think I took big ball of dough, samosas taste wes good but it was thick. Almost how many samosas we can make in 2 cups of flour.
I tried to make chilli garlic sauce but it was too spicy then I mixed more sugar and ketchup, do you have any other idea to reduce the spicy flavor.
