he did not lock a lock he first did this years ago where he put a ting in and locked the key on the ring but it later came out that part was untrue obv but the rest is correct..the professors want his body to understand the human body cos he can Solow things other ppl would choke on even smaller things ppl can choke on tiny things it's all to do with working ya muscles

I will ruin this trick for you. If you do not mind, read on... There are two locks. When the woman hands him the ring, you can see that he puts it on another lock that is palmed/hidden in his right hand. This is obviously a skill that he has practiced for countless hours to make it look smooth 1:23. Then, when he puts the ring into his mouth, you can see that he sort of conceals it a little bit as he puts the lock in first and then shows the ring as if it is just the ring that he put into his mouth. He swallows it; lock and ring together. He swallows the other lock and the key like he normally does with other objects. He does the theatrics of 'unlocking' and 're-locking' the lock in his stomach and then just brings back up the ring that had the lock around it when he originally swallowed it. Although I labeled this a "trick" at the beginning of my explanation, in no way am I trying to disrespect Mr. Star. I think what he is able to do is amazing. Even knowing the trick behind it, almost zero people on the planet would be able to do it.
I view Steve as a classic magician (in the Vaudevillian style). He came from a hard background and used that as the root of his act (i.e. when life hands you lemons, make lemonade). He formed a unique act around himself and some basic sleight of hand. With that he made a very powerful act that was just on the 'right' side of being legal to show on tv (etc). He does give 'tells' to some parts (during his act), like saying "everything comes up dry" ..I think (in part) because of people trying to copy him (and failing). He has a few techniques/ways of doing things. But he keeps it simple and that adds a beauty to it (making it hard to see past the act ..into the techniques he uses). Liked him since I first saw his act in the 80's

@@AdinKey He is using a spare lock that he has in his right hand and put on the ring in the lock and locks it just after he gets it. Then he put it on the left down side of mouth. After that he get handed a lock that you never see again because he puts it on the other side. People are really gullable. Nothing goes down the throat.

Good trick Stevie. You are amazing actor. But why you don't show the whole ring in your hand. You hide the another open lock in your right hand and put the ring on the lock then you show only a half of ring. But amazing act of hand.
I really, really don’t understand it. When he performs on big shows like BGT or AGT you automatically think that the camera cut-away’s hide a lot of what he might be up to - but this performance??? Close up, infront of three people who are literally staring at him and filmed in it’s entirety with nowhere to hide?? It gives me a headache just trying to figure it out.

When he sucked it in you could see it go right down his throat & he showed his mouth empty. There is no way anyone can hide a lightbulb or billiard ball in their mouth. If you think it's possible then show us how.
I believe I remember seeing someone talk about how he actually does it. It doesn't go down to his stomach, but it goes into a sack like area in the back of his throat. His is obviously very large or abnormal. That's why in a few of his videos his voice sounds distorted after swallowing a light bulb or billard ball like when he says "Oh boy". It is sitting deep in the back of his throat off to the side of his esophagus. That's how he can hide the sugar in there, drink water, and bring it back dry. So the whole stomach thing is really a farce when he moves it around and such. Some of the things are a bit of trickery as well. But that is where he is able to hide the stuff. Kind of crazy. Either way it is a pretty amazing thing to do. I mean getting a billiard ball half way down your throat is insane.
1) I wonder if it's really her ring, or if he scouts ahead of time to find somebody who doesn't have a ring, then gives one to them..."hey, it's just for the act, can you go along?" 2) It's pretty obvious that the objects have to be hidden where his soft palate must be missing. Notice that he NEVER tilts his head back to show the back of the roof of his mouth. That would give it away. He always keeps his facing forward or tilting down, never up with his mouth wide open.

I know he puts small things sometimes under his tongue. The large ball goes to the back of his throat. He never speaks while that ball is there. But I´m pretty certain that nothing goes down to his stomach.
