In the report, without a shred of evidence or scientific reasoning, amnesty has pinned the apparent cause of floods in Bangladesh is India and its routine "decision to open the Farakka barrage". The Modi government has responded through the MEA debunking the fake propaganda.

2) भारत जो काफि.रों का मुल्क है उसे आर्थिक नुकसान बहूत होता है।
3) यह करने में आसान है।
4) गन लिए बगैर ही बहूत हिं.दू मारे जा सकते हैं।
5) इसमें कोई ज्यादा खर्चा भी नहीं आता।
6) और कोई शक भी नहीं करता।
7) पकडे भी गए तो नाबालिग या मतिमंद दिखलाकर आसानी से छुटकारा हो जाता है। क्योंकि भारत के कानून ही इतने अच्छे हैं।👌
8) रेल पलट जाने पर तुरंत वहाँ मददगार बनके वहाँ जा सकते हैं और मुडदों के सोने-चांदी के गहने, कीमती सामान, महंगे मोबाइल फोन (लूट के) ले के भाग सकते हैं।
आखिर काफि.रों के जानोमाल पे हमारा ही तो हक हैं। बहूत ही नेक काम है यह।
9) बम फाड़ दिया और पकडे जाने पर कोई बचाने नहीं आ सकता; वहीं रेल-झ्याद में मानो पकड भी लिया, तो आपो.झिशन पा.र्टी में बैठे कुछ हमारे गुर्गे कोई न कोई बहाना बनाकर बचाने आ सकते हैं।
10) और तो और इसमें मज.हब पर या पा.किस्तान पर शक भी नहीं आता, और न ही बदनामी होती है।
कौन AK- 47 लेके या बम फाड़ के एक-एक हिंदू ओं को मारते बैठेगा?! जमाना अब सामूहिक (en-mass) मारने का है। बस, रेल-पटरी पर एक सायकल रख दी, लोहे का राॅड, बड़ा पत्थर रख देने से काम हो जाता है; हिंदू मरते हैं और बहूत से जिंदगी भर लुले लंगड़े हो जाते हैं...☻और ऐसेही जन्नत का रास्ता खुल जायेगा.👹

और अगर ऐसा भूलकर भी हो गया, तो उस ट्रेन के अधिकांश पॅसेंजर्स को टेर.रिस्ट मौत के घाट उतार देंगे।
इसलिए दूसरा पर्याय यही बचता है जो गुरू गोविन्दसिंह जी महाराज ने दिया था-

Flooding in Gujerat is severe and lakhs of homes have been flooded. People are even afraid of crocs coming into streets with the floods. Who caused these floods? Not the excess rains and also not the illegal blockage of drains or the habitation on river banks. Perhaps it was Bangladesh which was responsible, because it " somehow miraculously reversed the outflow of water into India " to take revenge for the alleged act of India "opening the Farakka Barage and other dams," thereby releasing millions of cusecs into that miserable country.
