Badass! I'm STILL listening to this album, months after the release! It's definitely my favorite of 2011. Ripper is a badass singer. It's nice to actually see the band in the video this time. Cool bit of horror elements in there too. Nice.
Jason Suecof's solo in this song is seriously one of the greatest metal guitar solos I've ever had the pleasure of hearing. He's known as a stud of a record producer so he's probably pretty far under the radar as a guitar player. This entire band is one of the best metal supergroups I've heard in a long time.
Man.. I thought that Richard Christie Stop playing or something when he started in Howard stern.. And DAMNNNNN I am blown away that he still does music and hell. What really good fking music. Richard You rule.
I'm no fan of high pitched progressive/power metal vocals, but I'm a fan of Ripper's vocals in IE and CWOTD. THis video, their whole opus is just awesome. Thus far they continue to amaze me! Awesomeness is spreading!
Absolute wow!!! I just stumbled on to your amazing art to my ear!!! As a Portnoy/Petrucci fan as well, I am now a huge fan of yours. Great work fellas!
Julio Huerta, I was just listening to the show that sal made that statement to bobby flays wife .LMAO that is some funny ass shit, nice reference. Sal is a nut case
this band almost fills the void since stu block left 'into eternity' to sing for iced earth, just not quite the same, needs more strange prog'y elements
I loved their first album & the video for ghost town & the song just kicks ass! I just got around listening to their second album & I'm liking it so far but I still like the first album more so far, that could change though. What a bunch of talented musicians though you have the best metal bassist as far as I'm concerned Steve Digorgio,Ripper on vocals Ronald McDonald making killer riffs making for killer riffology! & what can you say about the poor drumming.....just kidding the guys up there wi
The crazy part is this video is going to become more and more true as time goes on. The next big thing in gaming will be called the Oculus Rift which is a full headset you wear. When you turn your head, the game camera moves with your head and it covers your entire peripheral. These will be available in a few months and commercially available in the next 2 years. When that is released, people will become even more addicted to their tech. Look up Oculus Rift and you'll see what I'm on about.
Freaking amazing. Absolutely incredible. Ripper is amazing as usual, just like Christy. Two guys who don't get the love that they respect. Other musicians know how good they are..but the general public need to know more about these guys. Another thing I liked about this song (and most of the album) is that Steve D. didn't have that 'farty' bass tone that comes from using a fretless bass on so much of this stuff. I absolutely hate fretless bass. They sound like utter crap and i feel that a lot of guys only play them because they like to boast about it. Sounds like a fart machine is nothing to brag about.
i cant get over how much ripper sounds like the dude from steel attack... or vise versa... either way i love it check out steel attack and see for your self(invisable god)
I can see it. Steel attack is the shit. The Ripper sounds a lot like their second vocalist (a much better version of their second vocalist, I don't care for that guy much), not much like the guy from the first three albums who I love. Especially on Predator of the Empire where he sounds like the dude from the scorpions but in a power metal band and it's dope as hell.
the second vocalist got a lot better as he went along, by Carpe DiEnd he actually sounded pretty good. Shame they dropped off the map after that album.
Older guy here my son said check out these guys good band but mix and levels are horrible on every song I've heard mud if you have this much talent don't scrimp on the production
This vdeo gets zero for technical acuracy... computer monitors dont show TV static. FFS. Plus... who actually likes high pitches vocals in 2016... its about as gay as it gets in metal.

That knucklehead from Stern Show is the most insane drummer I've ever heard. Sheesh
Vocals sound much influenced by Dio. Richard Christy is a monster on drums. So much power!
That's Tim Owens from Judah's Priest and a Iced Earth fame. He is amazing.
Judas Priest you mean? ;)
He did a Dio cover and actually is the only one to do it justice.
Too much double bass overkill.
What I like about it is the old computer equipment makes it feel like it's back in the heyday of metal.

Sure Madd Dogg !! I love them since 2012... Hope to see them live but sadly I've few expectation ...
Vesumnar from what I've read, they do tour but I don't think that either Suecof or DiGiorgio tour with them a lot because of their other commitments.
Yes, I think so too...
Ripper kicks some serious ass with this band. Two former members of Iced Earth together in a band.
Nickolaus Pacione three, if you count Steve DiGiorgio. I'm not sure if he was ever an official member but he did play bass on the Horror Show album.
Man.. I thought that Richard Christie Stop playing or something when he started in Howard stern.. And DAMNNNNN I am blown away that he still does music and hell. What really good fking music. Richard You rule.
The best part is the moving mid-section that starts at 2:51 and lasts for about a minute. Very moving.
I'm no fan of high pitched progressive/power metal vocals, but I'm a fan of Ripper's vocals in IE and CWOTD. THis video, their whole opus is just awesome. Thus far they continue to amaze me! Awesomeness is spreading!
YES!!!!!! Perfection!!!!!
Im honored to be a part of the first few vies this video gets..:)
Absolute wow!!! I just stumbled on to your amazing art to my ear!!! As a Portnoy/Petrucci fan as well, I am now a huge fan of yours. Great work fellas!
Awesome Video Richard, Love It, I am a Horror Freak myself, so I can appreciate all that it takes to put something like this together.
Man this fucking drumming is TIGHT!! AMAZING!
Heeeey that drummers my faaaavorite.
2:49 best part
Ripper at 4:21... Incredible!
Just an awesome band & fresh sound of metal music!
awesome band.
To those who hate the vocals, why? It's power metal.
exactly!
richard is a god what a great band
Same with Ripper, he's one of the most godly vocalists alive.
Julio Huerta, I was just listening to the show that sal made that statement to bobby flays wife .LMAO that is some funny ass shit, nice reference. Sal is a nut case
Hell yeah!!!!! Just awesome.
that's maah favooriteeeee
Dio....is that you? We missed you, briefly.
This video has Richard Christy written all over it. Nice!
Actually, it's 3 former members. Ripper, Richard and Steve were all in Iced Earth.
Great work Christy!!
This is actually pretty good.
this band almost fills the void since stu block left 'into eternity' to sing for iced earth, just not quite the same, needs more strange prog'y elements

para ser heavy metal es muy bueno...!!! el video muy chistoso..!!

fuckin amazing !
wowwwww \m/
I'm Diggin It ( RIPPER RULES! ) \,,/ \,,/
Respect for The Ripper (bow)
i cant get over how much ripper sounds like the dude from steel attack... or vise versa... either way i love it check out steel attack and see for your self(invisable god)

+alexander simmons for sure
.. thats who i meant.. diabolic Symphony is one of my favorites
Don't get shadowed R.Christy
kinda reminds me of Videodrome for some reason
How does a guy that talks so slow play drums so fast?
Singer sounds like Dio
You would've liked him when he sang for Judas Priest. Look up the album "Jugulator"
If you don't like the vocals then you know nothing about music...
Older guy here my son said check out these guys good band but mix and levels are horrible on every song I've heard mud if you have this much talent don't scrimp on the production
drums do not hit hard enough
This is one of the worst things my ears have ever been subjected to.
sucks for you then.
FIRST TO DISLIKE YEAAAAAH!!!!
I really want to like this song, but the drumming is just too much. Sometimes, Less is more. It just becomes grating after a while.
I've seen better film on teeth.
This vdeo gets zero for technical acuracy... computer monitors dont show TV static. FFS. Plus... who actually likes high pitches vocals in 2016... its about as gay as it gets in metal.
What crawled up your ass and died?
Love the vocals with great vibrato. Beats the hell out of the cookie monster crap these days. Anybody can do that. Not many can sound like Ripper.
Guys its a joke.
You must be confusing me with your Dad...
if you listen to this, and think its good... then your deaf and stupid.
Stick with your day job Mr. Christy.
The voice is ... awful for this music style ... :'( *dislike*
This song is offnthe hook
