Weird tape at my door

I just heard a knock on my door and found this at the foot of my door. It was unmarked and I had no clue how it got there. The tape was unlabelled and didn’t look professional. Again with the two symbols, seems like they have a rivalry…
I did some digging and it looks like there’s barely anything on them, just rumours and speculation about a secret government branch of the CIA or something doing experiments on people who think Aliens are real while a group is trying to expose them or something. I bet it’s all fake, made by some middle-aged guy on crack in the middle of nowhere who prides themselves on their insane ideas.
I’ve been thinking about how weird the messages in this is though, so I think I’m going to send this video to my friend Kami. I think it would be best if I did. The video references his name so I feel like it may have been intended for him, but they could have gotten mine and his addresses mixed up, which would link with the crackhead theory I’ve got. Someone probably just trying to be edgy or something.
If you guys have any ideas or suggestions on what I can do to figure out more, please tell me and him, you can talk to him directly on his twitch which he’s investigating these things on.

I actually tracked the sender down to somewhere in the states, which is weird. Probably some weird accident or a scam, because why would an American agency be going after someone from a different country? Probably fake. I’ll look further into it though
