I don't know. I'm 29 years old and I kind of like the whole nba live 2003 overall. I remember LeBron James was a 69 as a rookie. It's was cool cause those ratings really mean something. Like 99-90 you a hall of famer, 89-80 you a superstar, 79-70 you were role star player and 69-60 you were a prospect or rookie. I really like those overall ratings. Really can tell who your team was. Plus there's a lot of 79 or 76 on 2k that should not be role star players if you know what mean. Maybe some 72-65 at lease.

Ratings means nothing... Gameplay is everything. I simmed multiple seasons & The Greek Freak still averages 27.6 points per game with a 89 rating. He usually ends up @ 93 the following season too. When i actually play over simming, I don't see any probs with most of the guys i this vid.

The reason that live has that low ratings is that ea doesnt make ratings updates the ratings are the same since the start of the year

Rondae Hollis Jefferson earlier in the year was I believe an 80, I think he got there. And on live he was a 67. I was like wtf....

If Capela is 87 then Adams needs to be a 88+ then lol. Adams > Capela
huh numbers suggest Harden > Lebron, Oladipo > George but those aren't true. Adams is better defender better rebounder (2 extra defensive rebounds does not make Capela a better rebounder) and plays with less spacing and less playmakers, while Capela has all that and is only averaging like .5 more ppg lol.
Numbers don't show all of defense fool. Adams > Capela EASILY.

Ppl think a 81 or 79 is terrible. If u give a 79 81 touches than they will score depending of the tendencies. 2k like to inflate alot when alot of them r lower. I was on hawks on 2k nd tiago splitter was a 69 overall. Ran pick nd roll with him all game he had 49 points nd averaged 22 cuz of me running pick nd roll nd defenses was on me giving him room to score. Thats how some players r. If our situation was real life then 2k wouldve gave tiago splitter a 90-91. Some star players make others good nd some get all the touches nd fit the system on teams. 2k dont know that nd inflate their overralls nd they doing shit they dont do. I like clint but put clint on hornets. Put clint on mavericks. Put clint on a bad team. He will average 20 with that overrall. In real life clint benefits from chris paul passing which he is probably the best pick nd roll guard in the league. James iso nd spacing. Nd his teammates spacing nd clint benefits from that. My situation with tiago when i sit or get hurt tiago average 4 points nd 3 rebounds so certain players make u look good in certain system nd touches

who cares about the OVR. It's about the individual ratings that apply to each players skill sets. The weighting is probably different between each game

I don’t play live so I don’t know but are the general ratings in each game different? Like what I mean is Giannis may be an 89 that may be like one of the highest ratings in nba live because we’re not sure how the rest of the stars are rated compared to him
