- My family has been waiting all year for this. Its summer and its time to harvest this year honey from our bee hives we keep. Bee Keeping is not easy but its rewarding for sure.

I sure wish U-tube was around when my two kids were young! My late husband and I trapped fur bearers for years, we went fishing, including ice fishing and my late husband was a fur buyer for 38 years! I was the managing editor for over 9 years. A magazine for Trapping! We had members in every state, attended national conventions, attended meetings in different parts of our great country!
I lost my mountain just over 3 years ago! I had a picture of him trapping beaver on his tombstone! He was known by many as the “fur guy!” We could have shared some great stories on U-tube! Unfortunate it wasn’t available then

Dutch, Brandi and all, Please don't let those haters get to you. You are way to good of people to allow them to think they've 'won'. Even Jesus was persecuted , mocked, called names and assaulted on His way to the cross, and He was without sin or blame. Remember John 3:16 says ''For God so loved the world" and Matthew 5:43-48 tells us we must love our enemies. Not just our brethren but all peoples. We need to show them the same grace and peace that the Lord grants us. Maybe even more than we have on any given day. I hope this doesn't seem like a sermon or that I am trying to preach to you in any way. I just love your homesteading and you AND yours set a fine example for all of us. Keep up the good work!
I finally subscribed to Hayden's and saw the match where she beat that boy. Good for her! Tell her I send her a big thumbs up and will watch more of her utube vids as soon as I can and her content is very good too.

R N it is really cool! When I was a kid my aunt and uncle had a Blueberry farm on Lake Santfee (can’t spell lol) in Florida.they had Bees and the honey was sooo yummy 😋! I have never tasted any like it! It’s really cool watching how it is done.🙏💙❤️💙

I always wanted a clear acrylic box mounted on my kitchen wall with a hose that leads outside so the bees could come and go! I love honeybees.🌈
I'm severely allergic to bees but love watching them. Epi pen always in my pocket from spring to fall.

Excellent job with the camera work Brandy. Just love your washing machine and birdbath planters. Your succulents are doing so well. I have aloe plants growing, 3 of which I started from seeds. I respect bees because without them pollenation wouldn't happen. Always good to see the girls having fun.

I used to know a guy now decades ago that did bees. Every time I got around his beehives was to stand in the middle of the bees flight path. Then watch and listen to them going by my head. Take care.

When you were checking your hives and the bees were everywhere it was attack of the bees lol. I could even hear them buzzing around the camera. Brandi did a great job vlogging. The washer flowers and bird =bath garden looks so good.

Wow, that Jackery held up great; those lights pull a lot of power. The flowers look good and are spreading a lot. Lily is hilarious in that tub. I think she is becoming a ham. She doesn't want to be left out of any of the action. You just keep coming up with new gadgets. I had never heard of a feather plucker, only used hot water and fingers in my day. LOL And now will get to see a honey extractor. Always loved chewing on the honeycomb squeezing that last little taste out of it. Enjoyed the video.

The loss rose in the bottom layer of your fountain are doing great! They will come back next year of course and eventually fill that whole level. Neat idea! The hen and chicks I your red planter will grow in a crevice of a rock. They don't take much soil and reproduce great! Of course they will grow back next year also. Looking good!
