Ok Gentlemen you got me thinking about buying a sous vide now! Great video however I didn’t see your yeti cups in this cook! Haha.
I bought a plug in induction cooker that has a timer and multiple settings for about $100 and came with a pot. You have to check temps w/thermometer but it does fine for the few times I've tried sous vide. The advantage I thought I gained was being able to use it for other things and it has come in handy during the holidays as we all know we typically need more space/burners. I think mine is called Precision Induction Cooktop. I've had it about 10 yrs now and my memory is as good as .... hell what was I talking about? smh lol

So I love everything going on here! I've worked with all of these cuts, and they all have their place. I'm surprised no one did a NY strip, that is actually what's for dinner tonight. However, all of your stuff looks excellent as always. I work on the Camp Chef, and my most watched video on here is my "Steakhouse Night".
Anyway, awesome as always! Love the shout out to Matt, and I have his and the Waltwins stickers on my griddle! (fun fact, I was featured in the Waltwins first cookbook!) Griddle on!!
Great vid! Thank you! Anymore I like flanken short ribs 1/4" thick or outside skirt steak. Outside skirt can get expensive and is saved for when the kids come home. For the Super Bowl it will be flanken short ribs for sure. Gotta be bone in, too. Short ribs run $10/# and unless it's on sale the skirt steak is $14/#.
My Favorite, Elk Backstrap, medium rare. Salt, pepper. oh yeah. ALso love a good Pronghorn tenderloin . mmmmm

I wish you guys needed the money because your You Tube presence and revenue is non existent. We love your content - but wish you had a commitment to your viewers weekly. I have to find someone else like you guys...... (*Did I negatively motivate you or piss you off'?) $$$ is not your motivator I guess. Fans want a schedule. Get in the business or keep us disappointed when we look and you have NOTHING!

I bought a sous vide a few weeks ago and i really like it. After watching the tomahawk steak video of yours I put it on my Christmas list for myself. still playing around with temperature settings.
Looks like they left the “Denver” steak attached to the chuck eye muscle. Excellent eating as well.
Never made a london broil like that. Got 2 this morning and chopped them up for a pot of beef stew for dinner today.

That overnight salt dry brine works wonders on any steak!
