Wow. Just wow. I have cooked with a large griddle and deep oil fryer for 75-100 customers and I must say that was great. For the amount of ball busting you guys do, the cook always gets done in a way I can't wait to try... You guys are incredible.
Thank so much for the kind words Mark! We definitely have fun together. Hopefully we have some additional large cooks in the future. A friend asked us to do a lunch for about 50 people but we have not gotten that scheduled yet. If we do, you know we will have the cameras rolling. Thanks for being a sub and for sharing your comments! Griddle on bud! -N
Great layout guys! This hit at 0630 Az, time. So a little early to start drinking (made a bloody mary) I liked all the different elements of this cook. dirtclod Az. In The House. CHEERS!
TGGs, Another great cook and wonderful ideas for game day! I think Nate and Jeff should do their own game day spread episodes as well….to see what wonderful ideas you al come up with. Thanks for the shout out and happy to support you all on Patreon! Keep up the great work!! Go PATRIOTS!!! -Jay
Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment Jay! This past Sundays game was great! Like the idea on Jeff and I doing our own spreads... Wait!... Can you imagine how many ingredients jeff would have?? It might break the triple digits LOL! Griddle on bud! -N
The chili and BLT sub look delicious, I love how Chris says they were drinking more than usual, probably not as much as he had been in the “buttload of tacos” video, lol! Fun video, looks like everyone had a great time! Take care!
Thanks Mike. It was for sure lots of Prep but I enjoyed it. I actually have Dukes on hand but was trying to use up the rest of the Cains. That BLT used up a lot of mayo! LOL - C
Holy crap Chris! Now that was a VERY nice spread of food. You guys really had the griddles workin for this one. On the spiciness of the chilli and the doneness of steak I am totally on board with Chris. Great video guys 👍 keep up the great work 🍺🍺
awesome spread guys! the food looked so good! kinda surprised you didn't use butter with the mild buffalo sauce.. but i think that's a buffalo thing. lol
absolutely awesome Cook Chris you had it all under control from the get-go no stress no panic you really showed how to work those barbecues relaxing this is why you r the silver fox you took it to the next level. 👏👏👏
I got full watching all that delicious food being griddled, but I'm reading for seconds, maybe thirds 😆! Looks great ALL of it! Thank you for sharing!!!
it's nice that Market Basket has been re-doing the stores as well. I really like the hot food you can get near the bakery counters now. Not sure if you have that at yours or not but price wise, it's the best sub for your buck around our house. Griddle on Joanne! -N
I think that ingredient list well surpassed any of Jeff's cooks ever. And I actually broke out in a sweat here in Pennsylvania when Chris added the red pepper flakes to the chili meat! Great video guys!
Del Monte has uped there game on diced tomatoes. Will be looking for them. Very good looking table of food. Now for the chili if Chris would have added macaroni to the chli it would have gone from stew to goulash. Either way the flavor would be delish. Again another prime time video.
love the huge cook. also, I realized food prices don't really go down so I started the process of trying to get used to $5 wings and $8 bacon lol it's crazy. needed a close up of the final table!
You guys have too much fun. Good job cooking it all Chris. How was the chili stew, both times? As you did feel it once. That BLT, I could eat by myself. Hope you had a great party.
Hey guys you never disappoint love it wow I wanna be there omg such great ideas to cook ya DELSTRONG KNIFE ROCKS ok love you guys Thank you for sharing Take care ❤👍✌
How hot was the chili?? All of the apps looked amazing! Hands down you guys are my favorite griddle channel on RUclips. You guys always keep it entertaining. Plus you cook things I feel most everyone would cook at home and make it pretty simple to follow. I tried the Carmel corn from a previous video and it was a huge hit with my family. Thanks for the great content keep it coming.
It was pretty hot but not too hot to eat! Tons of packed flavor! Thanks for the great comment Travis. It really sums up what we do and why we do the videos! -C
What up Glock!!! Your speaking my language LOL, This along with several other reasons are why I bust his chops that it is a stew not a chilli! Doesn't matter though, Chris just tells me I am wrong,,, kinda like,,, always LOL, Thanks for watching and for taking the time to comment! We appreciate it! -N
Yall obviously didn't do a taste test soo how was the chili? Chris your ingredient list tho..... looks very good guys! (Just missing Jeff's cheese sauce/dip)
Chris crushed it with this cook. I had no idea what he was getting us into. Lol. Food just kept coming. As far as the Chili goes , it was delicious but definitely not for the feint of heart. XX hot with great flavor. Thank you for the comment-J
OK guys, fess up. You "modified" a Camp Chef griddle to solve the three pet peeves. So where is it? Not using it???? Enquiring minds want to know how it worked out.
Morning Mike! So we actually got a few videos ahead. so what we are posting is what we filmed 3 to 4 weeks ago but since Chris's was for halloween we had to swap around the order. I have been cooking on the modded camp chef and am in love with it. Some of my videos are coming soon! Thanks for watching and for taking the time to comment! -N
David.... Nate here,,, These were my words to Chris after a couple of bits... "... alot of heat right up front.... A ton of heat in the middle,,,, And crazy freaking hot after you swallow.... " That being said, it was no doubt tasty! The heat was the main character in the flavor profile with hints of beef and vegetables in the background. I would have a second bowl it's just not for anyone who can't tolerate significant heat. Like.... If your good at habanero level heat, you would like it. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching! -N
Nate, back off ! I think Chris’ chili is perfect. If your nose doesn’t run a little bit it is bean soup ! Am I seriously supporting Chris? Man, I must be getting sick ! What a spread of food !
